So happy to find this place. My wife loved her veggie burger and my cheeseburger was great. Not to mention the best happy hour 2-6. Half price means 3.50 doubles and 2.50 wine. Will return. Trey was very friendly and helpful as well.

They have excellent burgers!! Even the veggie one was very good. Fries are sort of breaded and tasted great! Server was excellent, and it was a great place to watch the football game. Lots of screens.

We ate here tonight and we will not be returning. My husband got the turkey club and the turkey looked like they went to Walmart and got it. There was no bacon on it like it said would be. I got a cheeseburger and it was very dry and had no flavor to it. I heard good things about them but was very disappointed.

Restaurants really need to use the same care for takeout orders. I ordered the patty melt, and it would have been delicious had it not been burned so badly that it was inedible. Waste of money and food.

Went to Mugshot's for a quick lunch and we had the greatest time. Their burgers are really good and reasonably priced. They also have good appetizers and drinks. Definitely visit this place for a laidback afternoon luncheon.

Excellent food and servers. Since our visit to Pensacola we've tried to stay away from crowded restaurants and this one was the best. They are thoroughly clean and are COVID compliant. Before the dinner hours it's best to go with the kids. Will definitely go again with the family.Did go again on July 27. As always, Creston was great. All that’s on the menu is absolutely delicious. When we are back in Pensacola, we will definitely return to Mugshots. The quality of their t-shirts is pretty good for the price. We wish Creston all our best in her future endeavors. NV
Our server was very warm and friendly as well as efficient. It was our first time at Mugshots and she helped us navigate the menu. My whole family ordered burgers. They all got different burgers and they were all pleasantly surprised by the soft bun, the burger, the sauces, and the fries. I chose to order the Mahi sandwich and my husband discouraged me from ordering this at a burger joint. I was very happy to see and taste it. It was more than I expected it to be. I highly recommend it. It was flavorful and juicy. We will definitely come back to Mugshots. Prices were just the icing on the cake. The meal was a value. Definitely family friendly prices.

We were there last Thursday 7/22/21 dining at the bar around 3:30 PM and my bill total should be $54.23 which includes a $9.00 Tip but the Bartender charged me a 120% Tip making my total $99.46 which is absolutely incorrect!

We ordered a 15 piece wing (Buffalo Jacks Wangs - 18.99) and The Hicks Chicken Philly Sandwich w/fries (10.29).The wings were served hot and cooked perfectly. The server allowed us to do two different flavors and allowed us to have blue cheese and ranch, and gave generous portions, which was better than most places. We got the mild sauce which was just the right amount of heat and the bbq sauce which was also good.The chicken Philly was a sandwich, not a hoagie or sub, but it was a good amount of food and fries. The atmosphere was clean and a lot of TVs were on the walls to watch sports. We had a great experience during off hours. Five stars.
