The service I have encountered has been top notch! Tasha, Rachelle and Wendy are always so attentive! They have new menu items and they are all on point!! The BBQ Pimento Cheese Flatbread is tangled with southern charm cuisine and a unique flair that has your taste buds popping. The view was beautiful. The food was ho-hum. The smoked tuna was very salty, the burger was bland, and the thing they called the Key Lime Pie was not at all Key Lime. Next time friends suggest the Boathouse, I'll stick with an app and maybe an alcoholic beverage.

The restaurant is very well located, has a big parking space, and a great view, if you decide to sit outside on the terrace. The food was delicious, fresh and tasty. The highlight during our lunch was our waitress, Brooke, whom with patience, and a big smile helped us to make our decision. The shrimp and scallops flatbread, and the seafood platter were fantastic. We live in Miami but we will for sure come back to eat seafood in Nick's boathouse and say hello to kind Brooke.

Let me say that I would drink here and the staff is great, but the food…
I ordered the beef tenderloin eggs Benedict, which was very good, unfortunately, my husband's salmon and eggs were not. The salmon was very fishy, eggs over cooked, and the sausage was just not good. Our waiter disappeared and we had to go searching for him to pay our bill and noticed another lady was doing the same. Bill was over $70 which seems high for two brunch items and one drink each.

There for an early dinner today took a good 5 minutes before a server came over. There were two other tables when we arrived. So it wasn't busy. Then never came back until I was completely done with dinner to check in us. Thankfully the food was outstanding. Shrimp n Grits with sausage was the best. My wife had the Crab n Shrimp Mac and Cheese, also very good. Sitting in the patio gave you a great view of the bay during sundown.
