Ordered the creamy chicken ramen twice now. They use hard boiled eggs that are not marinated and a ton of chili oil, so much it masks the taste of the broth. No fish cakes, and the to go chop sticks are awful! They never break easily or evenly and somehow make it harder to pick up noodles. Also the honey walnut shrimp is mostly kewpie mayonnaise with a dash of honey on shrimp.

The service is terrible!!!!!!!! There is an Asian girl who served me which keep ignored my need. While she was serving, there is no smiling, no good attitude, and when I want to pay, she is keeping ignore me and my friend instead of serving other American customers. As an international customer, I wouldn’t thought that the raciest will happened on a server with same country. Shame on her and I will never go for second time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow just wow, i was not expecting such great food at a food court mall. I’ve been to many different ramen and sushi places over the years and this was one of the best I’ve ever been to. The ramen was solid, the sushi was solid, great sake selection, and hands down the Best gyoza I’ve ever eaten.
My one complaint is that it was cramped and I felt a bit rushed, but I enjoyed my meal so much I hardly noticed.

Their ramen is good. We had the pork ramen and the beef ramen. The pork had a creaminess soup to it although it was lacking some flavor. It did have mild spiciness which is perfect. The beef ramen did have more flavor and had a miso paste flavor which is pretty good. It had a good amount of noodles but it needed more soup base. I would come back because it's the closest place to a ramen I like. It's definitely worth a try.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. it's also one of the few places we can get Saba. The service is always friendly. The restaurant is clean. in my opinion, it's better than any other sushi restaurant in Pensacola and we have eaten at them all.
