Service was horrible. The young man serving my table tried to over charge me and then lied and said that I said that was ok. Who would ever say charging them for 3 ramen bowls when they only had 1 is okay? They need workers that know how to count and know how to service correctly. Customer service is a big issue at this place. Stop hiring young workers that need an education on basic math.

Service was okay, seating was relative fast, server was friendly, only down side is they aren't good at portions or a moderate result for price. 4 SMALL CUBES of tuna for poke bowl, was mediocre at best. Won't be back

Located in Cordova Mall, this is a perfect place to take a break and eat some fantastic sushi. The service was great and we loved the look of the place, great Japanese decor. We will definitely be back!

Was refused service 30 min b4 closing, hours need to be changed. So much for Raman tonight went to bj's instead and got a steak.

Wow just wow, i was not expecting such great food at a food court mall. I’ve been to many different ramen and sushi places over the years and this was one of the best I’ve ever been to. The ramen was solid, the sushi was solid, great sake selection, and hands down the Best gyoza I’ve ever eaten. My one complaint is that it was cramped and I felt a bit rushed, but I enjoyed my meal so much I hardly noticed.

The food was absolutely the best and the service as well. Great place! Can’t wait to go back!

The sushi we ordered was amazing! We got the Special King Roll which contained spicy tuna, smoked salmon, BBQ eel, tempura shrimp, yellowtail, and escolar. Topped with fresh tuna, fresh salmon, tilapia, avocado, crab stick, eel sauce, mayo, and sweet chili. It was well prepared and very delicious! My husband and I both ordered the bang bang shrimp bento box and we were not very satisfied with how the bang bang shrimp was prepared because it was like a shrimp tempura bang bang shrimp and that is not how we are used to when it comes to bang bang shrimp. We also got miso soups and those were nice and hot and very tasty! We got the dumplings in the bento box and those were delicious and filled very well! This place is small but cute and the customer service was excellent!

I was stationed in okinawa for almost 4 years (2015-2018) and Raman was always my go to food. When I came back to the states, there was never a Raman place that compared to the real thing. Nippon Sushi is the only Raman shop that has gotten close. Everytime me and my family come here they have the best service and food and we always leave happy. The only real problem we've had with this place is sometimes they don't have some ingredients and I can't order my usual (I don't blame the owners though since it gets shipped). I recommend the kimchi Raman to anyone who loves some spice and their sushi is always fresh and delicious. If you are an alchohol drinker, I recommend their flavored sake. If not, their Bubble drinks are always a good choice.

This restaurant has gone downhill over the years. Service isn't as good anymore, the product definitely isn't good anymore, they never tell you they're out of anything they just replace ingredients without notice, etc. I just had their seafood ramen and a spicy tuna roll, and I had food poisoning for the next 18 hours. I'll never come back

Never does a day go by that I don't truly love everything and everyone at Nippon. Chuck and Anne, the owners, are a true gem in Pensacola, who also run Tai Pei on Airport, which is equally as delicious. But my husband and I LOVE getting ramen bowls (pork is the bee's knees) and the Chuck roll to split while we are out and a about. Their ramen is what we call our comfort food when we've had a hard day or week. We feel like Ponyo afterward and need a nap. Then our leftovers because the serving size is amazing! This is hands down my favorite place at Cordova mall, and I almost eat there at least once a week, twice this past week. Thank you for being and staying awesome!

I've been wanting to try this place for several years but it is very small and located on your way out of the food court at the Cordova Mall. It is almost always at capacity when I'm there so I've never had the opportunity until a few days ago. I got the Beef Ramen, my daughter got the Bento Box A, and we got a Chuck Roll to share. Hands down the best ramen and sushi in Pensacola. The ramen was exceptional as well. A+++++
