Nippon Sushi

Our waitress Cindy had the worst attitude, every time we had a request, her eyes would roll. Yes we have 2 children so there were a lot of needs.

Ramen broth for supposedly two different, flavors tasted the same. And had a gross aftertaste, as if something was spoiled.

Yeah don’t recommend.

The ramen is decent for Pensacola, but if you’re from somewhere that has really good ramen then you might be let down. The broth lacked richness and flavor, but the pork and noodles were satisfying. The egg is too hard boiled, they should try soft boiled eggs instead. I asked for the ramen to be extra spicy, it was spicy enough but not compared to other ramen I’ve tried. Overall the price, quality, and portion was appropriate. I would probably come back again if I’m craving. Thanks for the good customer service!

I told them that nothing could be spicy I ordered ramen soup many places, and I've lived in Japan they said nothing spicy is in it! well trip to the hospital because she lied , smiled and said NOTHING SPICY in it , liar liar sitting here with a bloody raw throat. I'm allergic but yet this restaurant didn't care they still sent home a simple beef ramen that must have had extra spicy in it I guess you really was just that hateful vindictive and cruel to serve dish that was so spicy it hospitalized me. Don't trust them the food is unsafe. Don't recommend go to ichiban's ichiban they're safe and delicious

I am a sushi chef at another restaurant in town. I have been struggling to find good sushi in Pensacola that wasn’t my own. One day my wife and I decided to try this place. And it was amazing. The sushi is top tier. The ramen is delicious. And I absolutely love the service and atmosphere. Of all the sushi places in town, I highly recommend Nippon.

If you've never eaten Japanese ramen, you may enjoy it. If you know what it's supposed to taste like and have some expectations of quality, you will hate it. The meats were tough and chewy, and the broth tasted like soy sauce mixed with water. Asian waitress was rude and didn't smile once. The restaurant is super small and extremely hard to move around with the set up. They shouldn't be allowed to claim this as a Japanese restaurant.

First of the girl who greeted us and set us down and served us I don’t know what was her problem. She had an attitude, no smile. We got 2 ramen One beef, one with pork. The beef one tasted like water with soy sauce, and the meat was tough. Pork ramen it’s ok and meat was tough as well. They saw the meat on the napkin, it’s not edible!

I had the salmon poke bowl (requested spicy), and it was amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The quality of the food here is seriously top-tier — some of the best I’ve had — and the prices are more than reasonable.

The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a regular go-to spot. My parents have been loyal fans of this place for years, and now I see why.

Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered DoorDash and the food was absolutely horrible. The food was inedible and they do not care what you put in the special request section. If you’re not going to follow it then why allow it? I wouldn’t have ordered then as my family have severe allergies. Threw away the entire order, I was the only one who could eat it and it was nasty, couldn’t even eat after a few bites. Spent so much and wasted it all..

Kids got ramen bowls and I got a bento box. I don't know if I read the menu wrong or what but didn't realize what I was getting wasn't what I thought but it was one of the better sushi rolls I've had. Kids absolutely loved their bowls. Service was average, and even being in the mall still felt intimate.
