Don't get me wrong for was good just not great. Service was very good, but had a lack of local beers, they have a great looking bar area I just assumed they would have some local brews. That is the thing nowadays place was very nice

Our server didn't tell us about the specials. We ordered a Brie appetizer which was tasty. It took a long time to get each course. We waited a while for each to arrive. Every other table in the room was getting their food quicker than us. Every other table was told about the specials. Every other table received rolls with their salad. My husband's stuffed and baked grouper entree was good but my entree was not at all what I was expecting. I ordered chicken piccata. I received a grilled chicken breast. I am 58 years old and every chicken piccata I have ever eaten has been thin a breaded. This was just a regular grilled chicken breast that they did put a lemon caper sauce over. The sauce was good. No service recovery was attempted. One different server in the restaurant was the only one that seemed genuinely interested in our dissatisfaction when we left the restaurant. I didn't bring my leftovers (a lot since I didn't care for it) home but did bring a piece of chicken to my dog waiting in the car. He didn't even want it. We threw it out of the window. Very frustrated to have paid over $100 for horrible service and the pitiful chicken piccata I have ever had.

Once again, my meal was beyond delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun. By far one of my most favorite places for an amazing meal.

Everything was just right and we are grateful we were warmly greeted, immediately seated and served well — totally cared for. Our companions said it was the best gnocchi they ever had! Our meals were delicious. It was really hard to make a decision with such a vast menu. We love the fact that every time we go, our experience is perfect!

Very small size of everything. French onion soup tasted like worchestershire. Not good. I don't know where you could find a smaller cup to put it in. The Brie was also very small with not much flavor. Wife had salmon. Did not eat it ...not good. The stuffed grouper was again very small with not much taste. First time here for dinner. Best thing was the service and the bread pudding. Cost for two with tip over $100+. Won't be back.

Everything here is grossly overpriced for the quality. $8 for a low quality glass of wine, when the bottle itself runs for only $12 online. (A quick google search after the first sip) The appetizer of the day was a Thai Chili Shrimp. What came out was four very chewy shrimp laid on over toasted bread and drizzled with a very runny weak flavored sweet chili sauce. Then a basket of table bread came out that tasted like warmed premade dinner rolls. Asked for a second basket with our meal. And as we expected, a basket of identical looking rolls barely warmed was brought out. Definitely not baked in house. Our entrees weren't any better. My chicken marsala was a basic grilled chicken, on top of basic angel hair pasta, with a very tasteless thin brown sauce that was more of a cheap jar gravy, rather than the “mushroom sherry sauce” that was listed on the menu. The side of vegetables that came with it was no more than a bland steamer bag frozen vegetable medley. My partner's entree was, the shrimp andouille sausage penne. You would think this would be a spicy cajun flavored dish. But what was served was more chewy shrimp, cheap store bought sausage, over cooked penne, and a gross flavorless sauce. We managed to eat and stomach some of the dishes with the help of the salt and pepper that was on the table. The positive here, is that our server was very nice and friendly! Yet that was not enough to make up for the horrible food quality that we experienced. They say, they make things in house. But I highly doubt that from the food we were served. And at $25-$30 a plate. Will not be returning to this establishment to waste anymore money. And will not be recommending this place to anyone we know.

We come here often. I love their Chicken Caparese pasta, I get it with angel hair and it's a beautiful thing. The food and service are always very good, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful happy hour dinner. Prices were wonderful compared to how high everything else has become. We were shocked it wasn't busier at 5pm on a Friday! This is a longtime gem that needs to be remembered! We had a steak dinner, shrimp Alfredo and seafood medley. All wonderful!

Food excellent as always. Had reservations and seated immediately. Waitress very nice and efficient. Love coming at night so I can get the risotto! Would love it if it wasn't so noisy. See you again soon!!!!

Absolute terrible experience. Food was bland, and disgusting we didn’t even bother taking the left overs as a big middle finger to them. The prices don’t reflect what the menu says, we were charged for splitting, and then charged for the meat separate, and then another surcharge on top of that. Made no sense whatsoever and when we called a manager over to clarify just what in the world was happening, she was extremely rude from beginning to end.

My wife was not able to get a word edgewise and when she (the manager) finally concedes to discount $20 off the already overcharged bill, she announced it in front of the entire restaurant as to embarrass us and then proceeds to storm off huffing and puffing. Felt slightly discriminated against and it seems this isn’t the first time she’s been called over to explain the absurd charges. O’Brien’s, you would think it’s Irish, English, nope. Can’t make up its mind whether it’s Italian, Asian, American, Iranian. We felt very sorry for the already stressed waitress as she was sweaty, and seemed fidgety.

I imagine it’s a family owned business and they probably treat their staff like cattle. Goes without saying we’ll never step foot here again.

Per the managers request to call him, I did just that. It went as expected, the manager, David, has no customer service or hospitality etiquette whatsoever and it’s apparent. It’s mind-boggling that a restaurant that’s clearly struggling treats their patrons so poorly and proves my point about how they treat their staff. As someone pointed out in another review, even the fish don’t want to be there or maybe they can’t afford any. Wouldn’t be surprised if they served the fish (or lack thereof) to customers.

Regardless, the phone call ended with me telling David off because of his incompetence. Unlike you, David, I actually own up to my actions and have no problem admitting it. Two managers that handled a situation very poorly warranted my reaction. Had you just said “we’d like to make it right,” “we’re sorry your visit wasn’t what you expected,” that would have sufficed. But you decided your ego is more important.

I will NEVER go back here. I contemplated on even writing a review but I truly feel I need to warn others not to eat here. My Husband and I had 1 appetizer, 1 chicken entree, 1 dessert and 2 beers and our bill was over $100! When we reviewed the bill, the prices didn’t match the menu prices. A woman Manager came to our table and just raised her voice and said it was a surcharge. It made no sense! She said they take the taxes and add it to each individual item on the bill vs showing its tax so this makes the items not match the menu? I’ve never seen this. She offered no solution and just kept getting louder and louder, drawing attention to our table- I was SO embarrassed. She just stormed off after repeating herself over and over and humiliating us.

In my Husbands review, David, another Manager asked him to call him to “make it right” however he did the complete opposite. His new name is Double Down David, as he did just that! Instead of trying to ameliorate the situation he escalated it. On top of the fact we were disrespected by the first manager and now this one, the food was not good. If the food was amazing and the atmosphere didn’t feel like some 90s Pizza Hut, I would just blow this off as a misunderstanding. However you don’t ask us to call and offer no solution and just keep gaslighting us on how we’re wrong and they would never have different pricing - I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here.

In my many years of experience I’ve just never encountered so many horrible levels of customer service. Be prepared to eat plain, tasteless overpriced food, in an older looking atmosphere, while be served by a Waitress so nervous due to poor management. Then pay a bill that doesn’t reflect the actual pricing, to which Management can’t even explain.
