Service was great. Food was a waste of money. My son and I were so excited to finally eat some steaks. Funds have been tight lately and I finally had the extra money to go. We were both Very disappointed and he’s 11 years old. You can buy better tasting steaks at Walmart. Don’t waste your money like we did.

I hadn't seen my son in 5 years. I brought him to the to the Outback Steakhouse in Pensacola Florida on Airport Blvd. Our server was very kind. However the kitchen has a lot to be desired. It appears EVERYTHING was old and premade. A fresh 32 dollar steak shouldn't be overly crusty, the baked potato ice cold nor the carrots so hard it's hard to chew. Our bill was over 100.00s. y'all seriously need to get a grip on your quality of food. So very disappointed, I'll never return and promise you to spread the word. Management, GET A GRIP ON QUALITY.

I had an amazing steak dinner at Outback Steakhouse! I love the atmosphere which is occurring but more like a dining experience and not super loud. I have eaten often at Texas Roadhouse but it is so loud there and sometimes hard to hear a conversation you're having.
I like the calmer feel of Outback. The staff were friendly and attentive.
I ordered a filet cooked medium, and it was absolutely perfect—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The sides were just as delicious.
Outback Steakhouse delivered an exceptional dining experience with great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I went to have lunch on 1/1/2025. The front hostess was very nice and sat us right away. We waited over ten minutes and no waitress or waiter approcached our table. I asked the hostess could we move to another section. We were escorted to two different tables and both still had dishes etc from prior guest. I might add that the resturant was nearly empty and we still received poor service. At that point we just walked out.

So, I didn’t get to order any food. Sat at the table for 10 minutes and no server. All the while a waitress is at table behind us having a long personal conversation. We asked to be moved to another section. The host took us to an area with two tables that were dirty. At that point a left. Funny thing is you could blow cannon balls through the restaurant. Poor service.

We went to The Outback in Pensacola for lunch for the first time in a while. The food was okay, the atmosphere was nice but the service was slow. The food took an excessively long time to arrive. The bread was very good.
