Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Got dried out hard spaghetti and one meatball. They have closed up now as of 2/13/2019 I can see why too. Been closed for a month or so.
Food wasn't bad and staff were nice enough, but took 1.5 hours to get our food and they weren't busy. Staff, though friendly enough, gave a vibe like they'd rather be anywhere else than serving us. I'm sure folks typically would rather be somewhere other than work, but at least smile and make an attempt. First and last time dining here.
Food wasn't anything special, it was far overpriced. One small plate of chicken Alfredo shouldn't cost 17.00$. There was only one waitress working the floor, and our entire table had messed up bills, even after it was pointed out. Best part: the one waitress did do an amazing job, making sure everything was handled, despite the bill mistakes, and they have a good Greek salad.
Skip this spot and head over to Graffiti Pizza for you Pie and Franks for you pasta! Your bellies will thank you! We are Italian food conseurs and this spot is not the place. First off the service is slow and took well over 15 minutes to get our drinks and that's with us being one of only 3 tables in restaurant... we each got pasta dishes and they were not satisfactory. The noodles on my chicken parm were not cooked completely and the lasagna was eaten up with Italian sausage and not very tasty. We ordered a side of meatballs and they didn't come out with our order and when they did they didn't look very appetizing as they had no sauce on them. Had we not had a coupon for a free entree we would have been even more disappointed. And watch your ticket for gratuity because they are sneaky with adding it with out notice. While we were eating we overheard another table asking about Iï¸t being added so we were careful to look at our ticket and sure enough they added gratuity for a party of 2! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and skip this spot. I do want to end this review with one positive and that is their marinara is quite tasty. Help hint to the owners: cool your pasta more and be honest about gratuity before hand. And not so much Italian seasoning in your lasagna. Unfortunately we will not be back to try the pizza as Graffiti Pizza is the best in town! The End.
Every time I come to Pensacola,I have to go get my favorite pizza and Greek salad. As always it was wonderful. But they have new winter hours. Friday thru Sunday only. Just make sure you order a sauce on your pizza, otherwise it's just olive oil.enjoy.
I ordered a pizza for pickup after waiting for five minutes on the phone. The girl who took the order said it would be 25-30 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes after placing the order and they had not started the order yet. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Seem it is just a couple of kids there. They are more interested in fooling around than doing their job.
Pizza was delicious! Friendly service. Will recommend to friends!
Way better review this time around. The food always great, but the service is all around improved 100%.
The food was very good. And the staff was super friendly. Even though they were really busy our waitress made an effort to smile and make small talk with my little girl. Be aware that they make just about everything from scratch here so it will probably take a while to get your food.
Family event place for my family. Sometimes wait is long but food is more than worth it! We usually have a big party anyway so that affects wait time. All the food is excellent! Garlic knots and pizza are so good!

They have very delicious pizzas. But the service is very slow. Being the only dine in guest, it took almost 2 hours to get our food. Almost an hour before the appetizer and drinks came. Food is amazing. Just need to work on their service flow.
The 2 waitresses spent more time walking around talking about how busy they were instead of focusing on their service to the customers. This place was a little busy, but they could do better if they weren't acting like they were swamped. There were empty tables, yet they were making customers wait 20 minutes before being seated. Maybe training staff to multi-task would be best. I could have cleaned the tables, took orders and served their orders all by myself!
Very nice and inviting inside. Waitress was wonderful. And the food was amazing! My kids are the pickiest ever and they loved it! Fresh ingredients and was able to even watch our food being made! Definitely will be back!
The food was fantastic. The waitress appeared to be very knowledgeable. The dining area was clean and cozy. I highly recommend the Caprese as an appetizer. Very tasty with homemade mozzarella and vinegarette. I will definitely return here when I'm in the area.
Horrible experience! Arrived at 5:50pm. Ordered 16" pizza, 2-Lasagna. FINALLY got orders 90-min later! Restaurant advertises FREE garlic knots with entrees. Waitress made deal out of owner complimentary garlic knots for excessive order prep time! Pizza bottom soggy not crispy. Not pleased. No comment from owner/manager. No return
