First time in this location, maybe the last. It was slow, painfully slow. Internet orders and the drive-through moved faster than the folks standing in line. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting, my single order of food was boxed and placed on the counter for the cashier. She finished with the person ahead of me and left my food sitting to plate another order. When she finally came back, she caught an attitude when I told her I didn't want a drink because I didn't want to slow this process down anymore. The interior of the store didn't have that many customers compared to their available seating. The internet orders seemed to be the stumbling point. One last thing, forks and knives. There were no knives and only 4 forks that were dry. There were maybe 6-8 more, but they were standing in water that somehow got into the container they were standing in. As I was preparing to leave, an employee went to the soda fountain with a cup, checked the tea containers, and walked away, ignoring the lack of utensils and napkins strewn about. Management, this is on you. It's everyone's job to make sure the store is clean and stocked. Someone has to step away and fix the things that need attention. Now, whoever was taking orders at the drive-through, she was a super woman.

I ordered on uber eats. The food came quickly and it was packaged nicely but the food was terrible. I can honestly say this was the blandest Chinese food I've ever eaten and it was really dry also. So gross. My teenage daughter tried to warn me about the quality. I should have listened. Never again. How people really enjoy this garbage is mind-boggling. 🤮

Mobile order: Went to pickup order and was told they don’t have it! They say wait a moment while we try to find order. I wait, I was told we will make your order now. I’m in the drive through and I watch as they make it 6:03pm. Unfortunately not all my order is ready and I’m told to pull around and wait some more. I wait 35 minutes!!! All while my food sits while remaining order is filled. My food is cold at this point!! I’m frustrated because I’m not dressed or feeling particularly well to go in and complain at this point. I did a mobile order so it will be done and ready to pickup! I don’t t want to deal with people not feeling well. What a joke!! My order was pretty simple! My mobile order was suppose to be ready by 5:56pm my food wasn’t delivered to my car until 6:37pm

As we got in to look at the options, there were maybe 4 options to choose from?
They stopped making anymore food. I wasn’t sure there would be enough for the two of us of something we would actually want.
There was someone in the drive through, asking about options and the employee was telling them what was available.
Based on the convo, the customer left and didn’t order anything.
Thankfully that allowed us to get some orange chicken as that was almost gone.
Upon checking out, they over charged us for something we didn’t order. Thankfully I checked the receipt and recommend you do the same.
Rather than refund my card they gave cash and so we didn’t actually get all the money due back because of the tax on it as well.
The bathrooms were blocked by chairs for some reason? I needed to wash my hands before eating so that was interesting.
I understand wanting to go home but if you close at 9:30 close at 9:30, not at 9:00.
Maybe this was a one time thing but it was disappointing on several fronts.
Typically, I order on Uber eats or drive thru today. I had the pleasure of dining in and I must say it was pleasant. The shift leader, unsure of her name was very pleasant. I noticed her checking on every table asking them were there OK and do they need anything? Which is unusually for fast food to me but I was pleased to see it food was fresh and good I’ll be dining in more often thanks

Absolutely hate this place unfortunately my family loves it but after tonight everyone agrees not to order again from Panda Express. Ordered a few meals online and received nothing but veggies no beef in the beef and broccoli at all and had maybe had 1- 2 pieces of small chicken in each chicken item ordered, unfortunately Uber eats doesn’t care and the company will tell you to call Uber eats. Which refunded me 2$ on a $30+ order. Never again such a waste of money me and my family threw the food out and went to McDonalds instead
