The ladies were so rude and nasty. I was ordering 3 plates and the older lady was rude and confrontational. She began to throw boxes and serving spoons. I left and will never return.

I’m so sad! I’m not sure what happened. After years of being great panda express, this location is battling it out with Gulf Breeze for the worst panda express in the nation. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is wonderful! Always super friendly and kind people! The food has been just short of inedible the last three times I’ve been here. Sometimes completely charred black, sometimes it is seriously underdone and today it is nearly tasteless. I really hope that quality control can be done here and save this location.

Serious safety issue found in my order!!
I ordered from the Panda Express on Airport Blvd in Pensacola on 10/20/25. After finishing my meal, I discovered a small METAL shard at the bottom of the Styrofoam container (it looked like it could be from a chafing pan or similar kitchen equipment). I immediately tried calling the restaurant to report this so the team could check their equipment and food line, but no one answered.
Food safety issues can happen anywhere, but responsiveness matters. I’m posting this so management is aware and can inspect equipment, retrain staff on container checks, and improve phone responsiveness. Zero stars for this experience.

I'll be doing some orders from Panda Express Wednesday coming up I love Panda Express so much food is good and fresh please don't leave a negative on this place because they've been nice to me when the last time I was there sorry I'm not there cuz I'm not homeless anymore and that is a blessing always see that lady that comes in Panda Express if you see her tell her that I'm not here I am in Arizona and I'm thankful to be home I will see her again when I can but I don't know when because I know they want nobody in the street anymore trespassing signs now everywhere you go

Clean quick and respectful just don't expect them to always have what you want ready. They wait too long to restock entree's. And they overcook the fried chicken used in several entries.

Update: Worker by the name Carin had attitude, she was violent, cursed and used racial slurs towards me and my husband. Please watch the camera's Manager named Jolly, and Worker named Helen was present along with 2 other male workers and another female worker.The chick in the drive thru named Janelle is very rude. She has no customer service at all. Very short spoken with a lot of attitude like she hates her job.

Door dashers beware. When they finally ask why your here, they will help other customers who just walked in before they make your order. Don't accept unless you dashing by the hour. No bathroom!

I placed an online order through the DoorDash app at Panda Express, well in advance. I’m writing this review hungry and frustrated because my order still hasn’t arrived. Dashers keep changing, and when I asked one of them why it’s taking so long, he told me the staff are prioritizing walk-in customers over online orders.
My question to management is simple: why are online customers treated as less important? Am I not just as valuable as the people inside your store? It’s unacceptable to wait over an hour for food that was ordered ahead of time.

The employees were arguing at the cash registers. They continued to argue very loudly. I was asked what our order was I said that we had General Tso chicken, spicy orange chicken and beijing beef. The cashier said they didn't have General Tso chicken. So I don't know what they gave us.

I usually don’t have a problem eating here I get it before work a lot. But I went in and ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. Within two hours after only eating less than half of it I was sick to my stomach. Up and down all night sick. All symptoms point to food poisoning. Not sure if the food was leftover from the day before considering the chow mein was so dry and hard. The girl at the front was sweet though.
