Don't even wanna give one star because of a rude girl named Dakota.Literally been waiting here for 22 minutes on an order out in the parking lot and when I go in to get a refund tells me she cannot give me a refund so I guess panda express just got money from me congratulations express!!!!!

I drive for Uber and DoorDash. EVERYTIME I come in to pick up an order, the drink cups are empty and they tell ME, a courier AND someone without a food handling license, to fill up customers drinks. They also tell me to confirm pickup prior to doing so At the end of the day, they’re paid to make customers orders and I’m paid to pick them up and drop them off, I should not have to be preparing a customers food order.

The kota girl needs to be more professional. She forgot my sping rolls then rolled her eyes at me for asking or them since I paid for them and then she said I’m sorry I can’t give you what you have paid for you have to call and leave your name in a book… when all she had to do is ask for a receipt or just hand em over… talk about a power trip. Like you work at panda that’s prolly why you hate your life… get a new job if you don’t like it…

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, you're food comes out great and service is quick and easy. Sometimes they suck, service is so slow and make you wait 30 min for a Drive thru order. Yeah it really just depend how they feel like working.

Change your hours online, and on your door or something. The mobile app is not allowing drink orders, it's forcing an upgrade only for a drink, so I told my client I would run up and do in person for them. It's OPEN, the app literally lets you order food, but the doors are locked and the drive thru gives a "we're closed" message. I sat outside with a guy trying to pick up a door dash order and he was locked out too. Stop advertising as open if you aren't. I don't have time to wait to get the food and give that a review, as I have to get back to work and I thought the advertised time it was open was reliable.

Worst place I ever been the manager doesn’t know how to keep their employees in check the device from them was trash refused to make my wife’s order and profited on telling us we are wrong I believe the manager and one employee needs to be taken and got rid off it’s a disservice to have disrespectful employees and managers just down right disgusting

Came through the doors were locked, went thru the drive-through, over 30 mins left that the store was open. They told me they had nothing I wanted and it would save me time to go somewhere else. How do you have no Chicken, no Steak, no Shrimp? No proteins?Sounds like the store closed early and threw everything away to get out early. Don’t display your open till a certain time if you’re closing throwing all your food away 40 minutes before you close.

This place would be better if they were consistent. They don't perform well when busy. Last week they handed me a bag of food that had so much juice from the food in the bottom of the bag that it leaked all over me and my car. They also got some of the order incorrect.When they are slow they don't have all of their menu options ready-made. You either have to wait 5-10 minutes or they simply refuse to make it.In addition, the entrées that have meat with a veggies/fruit mix tends to be low on meat. Three quarters of the servings are veggies/fruit.

Do not use this location- the staff is incredibly rude to customers, restaurant turned out to be dirty, and they don’t follow regular Panda Express policy. It’s a skip.

The power of the cookieHe who has the cookie wields the power.In this case, the power is held by a young female named Angelacustomers:Myriah: large fried rice.Shannon and Michael split a three choice dinner.We are all workmates . For a year, I have been the one going to get the food. When we go to Panda Express (once a week), I always ask for 3 cookies.The fun part is when we exchange cookies, and then decide who pulled whose fortune. Hey! It's all fun and games.Not today.Today, we don't get to have fun. Because today, Angela refused to give me three cookies. She said I was only allowed 2.I tried to explain to her that "I had been coming there for over a year and never had an issue getting another"..... she interrupted me with a big ole smile on her face and told me that was against policy. 2 per meal. Once again, Intold her this was feeding three people. She didn't care.She said, still smiling with that all condescending powerful, I have the cookie power, and I have chosen not to give you another cookie apology. "I'm sorry." I retorted with my own smile and said,"No! You are not sorry!"So, one person today will not get their fortune cookie even though we all paid for our food. I'll take the hit on this one, let the others have fun.To Panda Express: I want you to know that hiring someone who is not an extension of the way you want to be perceived in the food industry is something you might want to reconsider. I would never have someone represent my business like her. There are too many choices for consumers to make, then to deal with someone who wields the power over the cookie.Side note: I have never been able to make an additional purchase at the window. There have been several times when I have changed my mind and wanted a drink or an egg roll and was told I had to start over and drive nack around to the end of the line to get a drink. Why? Because they could not add on any purchase at the window. This I can guarantee you, is costing you money.~Shannon

Life Of Mike

Went through the drive thru and ordered beef with broccoli and fried rice. Got three pieces of meat and five pieces of broccoli with mainly fried rice. Food very bland. $10.54 should get you a few more pieces of protein than that.
