Wow wow wow! I just had the most wonderful experience with Elton, Kaitlyn, and Jael at the store 1779 E Nile Mile Rd in Pensacola FL. I was warmly welcomed at the drive thru and truly felt like my business was appreciated when I got to the window. I told them how nice that was and I was asked why I chose the location. Told them wife was in the hospital just up the street and was surprised at the heartfelt responses they all gave. Use these kids as a template of how you do customer service!! Love these guys!

3-8-26 I went to get 2 meals at 5:30 pm and staff was great very fast ,nice, very professional food was great this is the service I enjoy getting gm it a great guy and has work hard to build a great team

I went though the dive thru around 2 today. I’m a restaurant manager myself, so I pay attention to service standards. This encounter was disappointing. The girl with brown hair at the window did not greet me at all and immediately stated my total without any basic courtesy. When I added cream cheese rangoons to my order after realizing they were on the menu, she appeared visibly annoyed.
I know everyone has off days, but simple hospitality like a saying hi how are you in a normal tone makes a big difference. I hope management reinforces basic customer service expectations.

Ordered the Plate with Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken was very good, but the Sesame Chicken was just okay. The Chow Mein was awful, it was dry and flavorless, and I ended up throwing it in the garbage.
My husband had the Bowl, with Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice. He said both were very good. I tried his fried rice and thought it was good, as well.
Will definitely go back but won't get the Sesame Chicken or Chow Mein again.

Had a mistake on my double protein plate. Shift leaders fixed it instantly with no questions asked. 10/10. Love panda !

Waited in the parking lot for 20 mins bc the drive thru was backed up, no issue. I went inside and waited in line because I figured it was forgotten. I get to the front and Lyca straight up acts like I’m not there to take the guy after me’s order, even the other customer asked what was up with that. Sharon was super helpful.

Worst Panda Express I’ve been to customer service is terrible. I came at 9:00 to pick up a DoorDash order which they close at 9:30 and they sat there and kept looking at me and ignored me then when I knocked on the drive thru window the thirst time they yelled at me saying “WE’RE CLOSED WE’RE CLOSED.” Why not just say that the first time instead of looking and ignoring?!!

We used to come here every Sunday and the staff was great. Got our food right and was kind to our kids. Easiest way to pay for lunch for a family of four for only 23 dollars.

🚨🚨CAUTION🚨🚨
The place is CHEAP, and you’re served the MINIMUM PORTION.
When the server was scooping rice, I thought it was strange because I had never gotten that little of a portion at Panda Express before. I was already unhappy with the rice portion when she started picking up the chicken pieces multiple times to find a small piece because they were too big like she made sure I was served the minimum portion.
I rarely ask a restaurant for more because the portion is small but I had never been served that portion to the numerous Panda Expresses I’ve been to so I asked several times in the exact words “Can I get a little more rice”. She refused. The server was an Asian woman by the name of Lyca Ann M and another Asian woman, of similar height, who looked to be the supervisor in all black, came over and also refused to give more, was dismissive, and said she’ll charge me more.
If she is the supervisor, she is incompetent and has zero customer management skills. She will drive customers away and run the business down. I take 5 classes at school, another 5 online, and am finishing Calculus 1 this semester but I’m taking valuable time out to write this review because I believe it will be a valuable consideration to the future customers.

The amount of vomiting and other things happening to me after eating food from this place, is absurd. I’ve been violently ill for about 12 hours now, living on sprite and prayers. Unless you want to join me in this wonderful journey of food poisoning, I’d stay away. Shrimp and beef are foods I probably can’t eat again

Drive thru not busy. But server Makayla B gave me this. Small pieces of meat I can count with my fingers. The menu should say Broccoli with hint of tiny pieces shredded beef lol. I thought there's a lot more. I ate 2 pcs of Brocolli this is what's under. We all suffer from inflation even buying to go food.
