When the server was scooping rice, I thought it was strange because I had never gotten that little of a portion at Panda Express before. I was already unhappy with the rice portion when she started picking up the chicken pieces multiple times to find a small piece because they were too big like she made sure I was served the minimum portion.
I rarely ask a restaurant for more because the portion is small but I had never been served that portion to the numerous Panda Expresses Iāve been to so I asked several times in the exact words āCan I get a little more riceā. She refused. The server was an Asian woman by the name of Lyca Ann M and another Asian woman, of similar height, who looked to be the supervisor in all black, came over and also refused to give more, was dismissive, and said sheāll charge me more.
If she is the supervisor, she is incompetent and has zero customer management skills. She will drive customers away and run the business down. I take 5 classes at school, another 5 online, and am finishing Calculus 1 this semester but Iām taking valuable time out to write this review because I believe it will be a valuable consideration to the future customers.

The amount of vomiting and other things happening to me after eating food from this place, is absurd. Iāve been violently ill for about 12 hours now, living on sprite and prayers. Unless you want to join me in this wonderful journey of food poisoning, Iād stay away. Shrimp and beef are foods I probably canāt eat again

Drive thru not busy. But server Makayla B gave me this. Small pieces of meat I can count with my fingers. The menu should say Broccoli with hint of tiny pieces shredded beef lol. I thought there's a lot more. I ate 2 pcs of Brocolli this is what's under. We all suffer from inflation even buying to go food.

I go to this one cause itās by my house, but I regret it every time because 90% of my visits there is no steamed rice and sometimes out of bolt steam and stirfry rice. Do yourself a favor go over to airport one.

This location has usually been my favorite Panda Express to visit, but today I think Iāve had enough especially after finding hair in my meal. I was nearly halfway through my bowl of orange chicken and steamed white rice when I took a bite of rice that contained a long strand of hair. I know it didnāt come from me, as the hair was straight and my hair is naturally curly and currently in braids. Unfortunately, this experience has left me highly disgusted and concerned about the unsanitary conditions. Order #441289

Worst location is Pensacola. Always out of food and constantly having to wait for food when you do get in to order. The āonlyā cook, according to him, thatās there today lies about cook times. Itās absolutely ridiculous and he shouldnāt be a cook especially if heās gonna be rude to customers.
