Visited for dinner tonight. Store was extremely dirty. Soup was luke warm and no bread bowls. I’m glad I went in instead of drive through. At least now I know I will not be going back.

The atmosphere is great here EXCEPT for the fact that they tolerate homeless people camping out here for hours. That would be ok except in my experience they are louder and less considerate than the average person here.

Food is consistent. Staff is always friendly, and food is prepared in a timely manner. It's my go-to lunch place. The half sandwich and Salas plates are my favorite!

I have been to this location several times. Everytime something is not right with my order. Today I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant. When I picked up my order it was given to me on plain white bread yet on the app it didnt say they were out of croissants though it did say they were out of other bread options. If I had wanted my breakfast sandwich on bread I would have picked that when placing my order. They saw me walk in before they made my sandwich and didn't even have the courtesy to inform my of this to see if I wanted to change my order. The staff was not pleasant or friendly. I will not be back to this location.

SLOW. Employees consistently ignore you at the pick-up counter while they have personal conversations. Food never ready when it is scheduled to be.

They always put your order ready before they even start preparing it. Then they tell you that they don't have what you ordered and you have to keep waiting. If you’re coming here give yourself plenty of time to waste.

Only two kiosk and one was broken. The other was being used. A very friendly employee came to the counter and took our order. I ordered the French onion soup which was just warm and not very appealing. Tasted like Campbell's from the can soup.

Went through the to go line and had to wait for an extended amount of time for my order to be taken and then had to wait again for a long time to get it. Once I received my steak and egg sandwich it had no steak. Also they didn't have my drink order. Didn't have time for them to correct my order paid and left but will not be going back.

This location has inconsistent quality, poor wait times, and is ALWAYS out of something. They're incapable of keeping a proper stock of ingredients and have been out of chicken for almost a week now, with a publix in walking distance. Laughable.

Stopped in for some chicken noodle soup and they were out. Got it, it happens. So I order the french onion, but they were out of bread to serve with it. Seriously? The only bread they had was to serve sandwiches with and they would still only give me chips or apples. Panera "Bread" and no bread to serve. Definitely a 3 star experience, at least the soup is good.

The people are really nice. That is the best thing about this restaurant. My soufflé was microwaved. It was not crispy on the edges. The choices of variety went to one for soufflé, which in my opinion is one of the best things they have on their menu. They used to have artichoke and it was delicious, but they do ‘not’ have artichoke variety any longer. ALL PANERAS HAVE GONE DOWN IN QUALITY. It is a recipe for ‘out of business’. It’s not the workers. It must be the management. I’ve experienced this problem with soufflés at nearly every single Panera I’ve ever been to. And I really do love the artichoke cheese soufflé, but you don’t have it anymore and I don’t really like a lot of the other stuff you got going on because the soufflé was my favorite. And you can only get it for like an hour and a half every day until they stop making them by 10 o’clock. But now they don’t even make the ones I like, and it was microwaved. I don’t like that at all. The staff was very friendly though I just wanna make sure that you know that. It’s the way the place run it’s run into yucky.
