Both times I’ve been here there’s been zero or incredibly slow service just to get a cup of coffee. Coffee isn’t hot and instead of a jar or machine for cream you gotta open 7 creamers. Seems like Panera needs to pay a better wage.

$30+ for me and one child to order lunch. The bread was tough and stale. The soup was lukewarm and tasted like bagged pre-made junk. We'll never be back.

We used the self order, no one was there to take our order. Place was really dirty. Needed to have some attention out front. Homeless guy enjoying the beverage area prior to snuggling up in his blanket and sleeping in booth.

Normally i have no issues with panera. But when i am working, I cannot order via the app, and am required to order through doordash which wont even let me change the BREAD on my sandwich. I usually have to call to ask them to change it, im used to waiting a hot minute i know theyre busy. But a lot of times it just rings till it disconnects you have to call like 3 times to get ahold of anyone to request a change! Its really uncool when if corporate allowed for delivery or special instructions on doordash this would be a nonissue

Went in and it was dead but still took over 10 mins to get a turkey sandwich. And it was wrong and I had to drive back to get it fixed. Well they fixed it by making me a ham sandwich. Wow, just wow. Not worth the trouble for $16. Disappointed all around. Do better.

There’s a MANAGER, she’s black, not skinny, and very RUDE. I wish I could’ve gotten her name so I didn’t have to describe her with those words, but it was very necessary for me to write this review. She was extremely rude. Rushing me. I asked her for extra butter. She gave me one butter. I got a whole entire loaf of bread The line wasn’t even backed up I just think that a manager should hold herself better Especially when they’re the face of the business

I had a really disappointing experience at Panera today. First, there was no one at the counter to take my order—I had to wait around before anyone finally came. Then, when I went to get my drink, there was no ice in the machine and the screen told me to go to the pick-up station, but no one was there to help me, so I ended up with a flat soda.
It also took quite a while to get my food, and when it finally came out, it was upside down, torn apart, and missing my side. On top of that, the sandwich didn’t even have the egg it was supposed to come with. The employee actually asked me if it was supposed to have one—when yes, it was. She had to take it back to fix it, which just made me wait even longer.
In the end, I paid $10 for a meal that was late, messy, missing items, and just not worth it. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from Panera.

This store frequently is out of key ingredients and the tables are not cleaned between patrons. Often the food is thrown together- no attention to details. Sad since this is the only store that uses delivery services.

This was not a great Panera experience. They were out of many common ingredients, including all mixed greens lettuce and romaine lettuce, so no salads were available. They were also out of avocado. The items were did end up being able to order were dry, and didn’t taste fresh. The parking lot entrance and exit is very poorly laid out and difficult to navigate. I’ll avoid this location in the future.

There is an extra pressure on the morning restaurant servers with this world becoming so infantile and sensitive. So many people are being so irritated and inconsistent in their mood which may catch servers off guard sometimes and that can be a result of poor service. But not with that one of a kind.
Macy/Macie was so great this morning with having a charming smile on her face, greeting people and wishing us a wonderful day, therefore, charging us with a positive energy. My level of serotonin is spilling over the edges now. Thank you very much, Macy/Macie!

I was working doing a DoorDash pickup order. I was waiting on 2 orders I received the first one in a timely manner. Then got a notification to my second one as I was still sitting there. Which I knew would be a few mins. That wasn’t the problem. ( the wait wasn’t the problem) it was all the profanity in front of me and other customers. Along with the eating them touching the food that I HAD TO deliver to my customers and yea I was watching all of this the date is 7/25/2025 time 6:15 pm- 6:30pm. I have never experienced so much profanity in a work environment especially in front of customers. Even if I didn’t buy anything the person whom I was picking up for did. Especially food handling. In closing answering the phone while on making food.

The cashier was very knowledgeable & courteous which was unexpected considering he looked young. Pleasant person would give all the stars to the service but Panera is a great place to just chill.

1:30 on a Monday afternoon. They are out of strawberries, Ceasar Salad, diet Pepsi, medium lids, sweetener, and there isn't a clean table to be found. Had to wipe down my table myself. Terrible.

Worst Panera I’ve been to, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish there was another at a reasonable distance besides the one in the hospital. Always out of something, usually avocados or peppers for the sandwiches. Dirty, really dirty drink area. White froth coming out the ice machine, spills everywhere and I’ve yet to see anyone wipe any surface in the 10+ times I’ve been here. Finally, I opt in to receive a text when my order is ready… it’s NEVER ready, I have to wait 3-4 minutes for them to “just plate it up”. I think the kitchen came from fast food and use to stopping the clock and telling to “pull up”. Corporate needs take control of this place.
