I earned a free bagel on my app so I came here to redeem it this morning. I then ordered a cream cheese on my phone separately since i forgot. It said thank you and that my payment went through. I go up to pick up my order. They did not toast and cut my bagel like I requested on the app and no cream cheese. I go back up to the counter to get this all figured out. Everything seems to be going fine until I ask the manger (who is working at the desk) about my cream cheese. Apparently on there end they don't see where I paid. He starts ridiculing and being so rude to me about a cream cheese, thinking I'm trying to steal or something. I tell him to please leave me alone, because to be honest, I was not in the right headspace for this kinda treatment today and he would not let up. Absolutely zero remorse. 40 minutes later I see on my phone that I did pay, my total right there on the screen. I will not be going to this panera again!!! Not until they have a better manger.

Bad experience. Order one bowl of the corn chowder soup. I was the only one in the drive-through line and it took them 15 minutes to get me a bowl of soup. No one even came to the window to collect payment during that entire time. I honked my horn to get an employees attention. She looked right at me and then turned around and walk the other way. When I got my soup, it was cold. Won’t be going back.

I drive for Uber and DoorDash and this place right here is some kind of hell! Anytime I see this place pop up on any of my delivery apps, I try my best to decline if it doesn’t affect my numbers too bad. On the days I do have to endure this place, it’s always the same; I wait for 10-15 minutes on average for an order, RARELY someone will actually turn around and speak to you to ask what you’re waiting for and my friends I always get to see(friends being the high amount of other people ALSO waiting on orders placed a while ago cause there’s ALWAYS a wait).Today was hilarious actually! I was just outside Panera on Bayou Blvd when I got an Uber request for Panera going to Fairfield. Fare was great, so I accepted, but in my head I already knew I’d be waiting for Panera to deliver on their end. I walk in, NOT ONE employee says a word to me for 2-3 minutes until I finally caught the eye of someone and wave my hand at them. They tried to explain to me they DIDN’T have the order yet and said they were backed up. I said ok, I’ll give it 5 minutes. As I wait, I get another request for Panda Express on Airport going the same direction. I decided to go to Panda to pick up that order while the Panera order was being made. I get the Panda, grab the order and head back to Panera. At this point, it’s been 10-15 minutes since I was told they DIDN’T have the order yet. I walk in to Panera and there’s about 8-11 employees working behind the line. 3 employees are just staring at a monitor of orders while another employee desperately tries to explain prepping orders? (To be honest, I’m still a little confused at what she was explaining to them) Regardless, another 2 minutes go by and NO ONE says anything to me until the employee explaining nonsense on prepping orders turns around and tells me they’re bagging my order now….they weren’t actually, they were still cooking my order and took another 3-4 minutes.So, let’s gather that I was there originally for about 3-4 minutes, left to pick up another order at Panda and came back which was between 10-15 minutes AND THEN, once I’m back at Panera, took another solid 5 minutes to complete that SAME order.This Panera needs some kind of reorganizing because I know I’m not the only driver and/or customer upset. I witness it and see it every day I work and HAVE to pick up here. PLEASE GET BETTER!P.S. There’s an employee(male) with light red hair. He’s usually getting orders together and THAT DUDE knows what’s up! He’s always POLITE, TIMELY, and ATTENTIVE!!! There’s also another employee there(female) who has very soft voice and she’s usually on drive thru and not even near the cafe hand off window AND SHE will sometimes notice people not being greeted or recognized and she’ll come and let us know they’re working on it.

Ive given up on this location. The last FIVE times we've ordered here, the order have either been missing one out of 3 orders, missing items from the orders or missing ingredients on the sandwiches. Even when you've paid extra for those ingredients, such as an extra amount of cheese crisps on the take sandwich, they won't even put them on there at all. It's a sandwich, how do you even mess up a sandwiches this often?Service is slow and orders are consistently wrong or missing., and at the price point Panera have their food at, you should definitely expect better. Avoid!

Order food on kiosk, order out within 5 min. Black pepper focaccia bread delicious! Grilled Chicken chipotle and Gouda tasty & Chicken salad good. Chicken noodle soup had good flavor, not hot, just warm. Lots of patrons lounging using WiFi.
