This is my favorite Panera. We live right down the road (in cantonment) so it’s super convenient & quick. Everything is always fresh. The only time I’ve ever needed help w/ an order, the manager was great about it. Customer service is ALWAYS on point at this location. Everyone is super nice & chipper. The line is usually extremely short if there even is a line. I wish the ham croissant benny was here to stay, that’s my only complaint Lol We’ve always had great experiences at this location. I don’t understand some of these reviews. This food is FRESH. I’ve waited at McDonalds in this area for 30min in line for slop & half of my order to be missing or mangled & spent just as much, if not more, money for it. Panera always packs our food clean & neatly & it’s always fresh. I know when I order at Panera, my sandwich hasn’t been sitting in a heated container for an hour. It’s made when I order it. I’ll happily wait for fresh food.

I had a really good experience at this Panera location on 11/24/2025. The customer service was excellent, and I want to highlight the care and attention I received, especially when it came to my food allergies. The staff and kitchen handled everything with great food management, and my order was made safely and correctly on the first try, which means a lot to me.
The portions were a bit smaller than what I usually get (I order the same thing every time, so I noticed), but the food was still fresh and very good overall. Between the attentive service, allergy awareness, and overall experience, I definitely recommend this location.

Although I ordered and paid for a whole salad, I received a side salad instead. I didn't notice until I returned to work. Delicious salad, but the side salad portion is not worth $14.

I have tried Panera Bread twice in my entire life, once being yesterday, I got a ciabatta cheese steak, it was very wonderfull, I just wanted to say that was by far the best cheesesteak I've had in a very long time. I think the bread was the perfect level of crispy on the outside! Anyways I send much respect, kudoz, and salutes!
