This is my favorite Panera. We live right down the road (in cantonment) so it’s super convenient & quick. Everything is always fresh. The only time I’ve ever needed help w/ an order, the manager was great about it. Customer service is ALWAYS on point at this location. Everyone is super nice & chipper. I had a really good experience at this Panera location on 11/24/2025. The customer service was excellent, and I want to highlight the care and attention I received, especially when it came to my food allergies. The staff and kitchen handled everything with great food management, and my order was made safely and correctly on the first try, which means a lot to me.

Although I ordered and paid for a whole salad, I received a side salad instead. I didn't notice until I returned to work. Delicious salad, but the side salad portion is not worth $14.
