Always extremely cold temperature inside the café. It stop us from going there. It's impossible to eat food when it's so cold inside the building. This place used to be one of our favorite places. I hope they change something about it.

I visited this Panera location at the hospital, and overall the food was good, but there were a few issues with my order. The portions were noticeably smaller than usual, and my sandwich was made with the wrong bread. Because I have food allergies, that bread wasn’t safe for me, so my husband had to go back to get it corrected. I also requested chips but was given a side bread instead.
That said, the customer service itself was good. The lady who helped us was very kind and polite. With just a bit more attention to detail this location could easily offer a great experience every time.

A little disappointed, I ordered the pick two combo. The chili was great, however, I tried the BLT to find it barely had any mayonnaise, bacon was chewy like jerky and very unflavored.

This will be my last time here, for sure. I had trouble finding a place to sit as all the tables were dirty. While waiting for my food, my name was on the screen saying it was ready, but when I asked the worker behind the counter, she quickly dismissed me and said she was busy. The food didn’t make up for all of the bad. My salad was so wilted and a huge chunk of it was inedible, as it was the bottom of the head of lettuce.

They run out of cinnamon crunch bagels EVERY DAY early. And instead of making enough, they just don’t have any in stock for customers. I’ve stopped by 3 times in the past two weeks and they’ve only had one type of bagel left. When they do actually have them, they don’t put hardly any topping on them. This is by far the worst Panera bread I’ve ever been to

My loved one was in Baptist Hospital for a week. I visited Panera every day for lunch. The food was good, consistent — definitely better than most Paneras I have been to in past few years. Extremely fast. Service was excellent. Wonderful, kind staff at this location!

They are consistently out of menu items. The orders are often prepared incorrectly.

My first time here. Very open and spacious. This Panera is inside a hospital. I was confused at first if I was at the right place. They do a big Grab and Go business, so eating in, you have a little wait time. I was in no hurry, so didn't mind that. Nice layout and large, clean bathrooms shared with hospital.

I work at this hospital that the panera bread is a part of. The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming! Everyone is so helpful, especially the older woman who works there—she’s an absolute gem. The atmosphere is great, and it’s always a pleasure coming here. My only critique is that the tables could be a bit cleaner, just about every time I go on lunch, the tables I sit at are dirty.(mainly because some of the customers don't know how to clean up after themselves haha) But that’s a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

I've been reluctant to leave a review, but after giving them 4 chances, here it is.
This is for coffee only. Horrible set up. There is never enough ( if any) half and half, the coffee( especially the decaf) is always cold, when brought to someone's attention, nothing is done. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip on a 5 dollar cup of utter garbage? Clean up your act in Baptist, Panerai. The area is always filthy.

My family was on vacation when we were in a car accident and all admitted to the hospital. For the following week I spent my time going in and out of my families rooms. Brynlee at the Panera down stairs has really helped lift my spirits during this time. With wonderful recommendations for lunch and tons of empathy. Brynlee is an exceptional worker, and I really appreciate her work!

This is a large shop specializing in bagels. The bagels are decent but nothing extraordinary, falling into the average range. The service could use some improvement as the staff can sometimes seem a bit indifferent and the service speed isn't the best. However, the environment is really nice, with stylish decor and a comfortable atmosphere. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. If you're just looking for a place to unwind, it's worth a visit.
