I only gave 5 stars to the food because I know it would have been good. But since when did they start using DoorDash ? I wanted someone papa johns trained and is trusted, to bring me my food not just some anyone who is gonna ask for more money on top of the fees you pay for delivery. I’d happily tip from the store, but it wasn’t disclosed DoorDash would be a drop off option when it was tracking. Not ordering for delivery anymore, I’ll pick up it’s cool.

Second time ordering from this location. Ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza, as I always do. Did NOT taste any BBQ sauce, pizza was floppy and not completely cooked. 1st time I ordered was worse and I'm not getting into that. I suggest that they find someone to properly make a pizza. WILL NOT order from this location again!

They do not know how to cook pizza here. I have been here quite a few times and its been steadily getting worse. Management needs to do something about their resturant, fire, rehire, train (properly) and you wont have these issues. I dont think i will be coming back here. I will drive the xtra miles to go to Papa John's in Gulf Breeze, wayyyyyy better!

Since this is closest to me now I have ordered pickup orders from this location. Order is always great and correct. Employees are always friendly and helpful and happy to see you. It is in a nice neighborhood which is always a good thing when you want to place pickup orders. No worries here. Orders are always ready quickly and ready when I get there. Highly recommended location.

Made online order via door dash I noticed that they had sent the wrong wings with the door dash driver. I called they were very nice and sent replacement wings. If I could give a 10 star rating I would will be ordered from here every time.

Parking: Lots of free parking. Also have pick up at curb if you have disability or difficulty leaving your vehicle with kids, pets, etc. Inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but why? Ask them to bring order out to car.

Was in New Orleans instead of Pensacola for the week. Ordered through Door Dash. Discovered it was the wrong address. (Clearly… three states over). The manager was a total jerk. He cared nothing about helping me because I ordered through a third party. If you don’t want door dash orders don’t take them. If I’m in New Orleans.. don’t take the order. By the way. I am still waiting for my delivery.

Pickup pizza tonight.. Wife got violently ill from something on the pizza. Tried to contact store and got ordering system. Store should be aware in case someone else also gets sick.

I called to get my free pizza from the referral program and the manager said I needed the guest phone number which it doesn’t say on the referral sheet so you mean to tell me that from 01/13/24 to 07/18/24 I been referring people to buy pizza from papa John’s and getting the signatures from the drivers and I can’t get my pizza on top of that the guest did not want to provide a telephone number like the manager said I really feel cheated out my good efforts to collaborate with the pizza company to give them business and this the thanks I get I feel like to make this right pay John’s need to give me a free pizza for each month I got a signature and referred my guest to buy their pizza when they could of went to Popeyes or McDonald’s or Burger King or Pizza Hut or anywhere besides there I feel so cheated and if papa John’s don’t make this right I will not ever eat there or refer anyone to eat there period and this is the Cervantes location in Pensacola

Ordered a pizza. Tracked it for 45 min until it said 1 minute away. Then it said canceled. So I called. They said we are waiting on drivers. Half hour later I said I will pick it myself. Got there and they said they could only sale me the pizza with delivery fee.
