This place is so inconsistent with the breadsticks. They were flat pieces of paper with NO BREAD inside when they’re literally BREADSTICKS. Crunchy and flat. Last time they were so skinny they looked like a box of bones and could barely eat them they were also so crunchy. Never had pizza issues just breadstick always messed up. Please do better if I’m paying almost $30-$40 for late dinner after work I would like some BEEF to my breadsticks for gods sake

Ordered 8 wings only got 7 and they are undercooked. No extra cheese on pizza that was ordered. The pizza was not good and looks like slop In a box. They do not give you what you pay for at this location and won’t give you your full money back for their incompetence. Do Not go to this location. Stay away

We have ordered from this location many times in the past. However, the past 2 times, the pizza has made my entire family sick. We are very unhappy for the quality of food being served. Something is not being stored or cooked correctly due to the food poisoning style sickness these last two orders has caused.

GM Sarah is absolutely AMAZING! Super sweet and she has a heart of gold. I would highly recommend her Papa Johns store, not just because of her, but because I always get the most fresh and deliciously hot food in a quicker time than any other food service I've ordered from. Whether it's her, or the employees- the entire store deserves a raise.

Ordered thin crust, extra cheese and I got exactly what I asked for. IMO the flavor was just ok. The cashier was pleasant and the service was quick. A chair to sit while I waited for 8 minutes would have been nice. :)

I have been to lots of papa John’s and it’s usually takes three or four people to do the job he’s doing by his self. This dude should be making $50 a hour +++. I only gave 5 stars to the food because I know it would have been good. But since when did they start using DoorDash ? I wanted someone papa johns trained and is trusted, to bring me my food not just some anyone who is gonna ask for more money on top of the fees you pay for delivery. I’d happily tip from the store, but it wasn’t disclosed DoorDash would be a drop off option when it was tracking. Not ordering for delivery anymore, I’ll pick up it’s cool.
