Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever crossed paths with in my life. Went back to pick up a replacement and was given no apologies. Once I was out the door, I could see the employee throwing pizza boxes in a frustrated manner across the restaurant.

Called and ordered my food and as soon as I try to tell him to go to the bk door he hangs up in my face. Then as I proceed to call bk he kept hanging the phone up. I had to call from a whole different number for him to pick the phone up in which I cancelled my order.Poor customer servicer, I would not recommend

They just can’t cook it right ever ant this location and my pizza looked like they dropped it in the box lol. Staff was nice but that still defeats the purpose. I usually drive all the way to the one on nine mile because the quality is better.

Hadn't ordered a pizza from Popa John's for a long time, because of in correct orders. Once again the pizza was ok, it was the missing garlic and pepperoncini sauce that I didn't get, even after I asked if it was in the box. Was told it was.....I only get 1 hour for lunch, so im not going back again, just to get what I was told was supposed to be in the box.Thanks alot, signed, Shorted Again....

This is the food I received 11/25/2023 the food was cold and not edible. I waited 3 hours for this food to get delivered to me looking like this I stay 10 mins away from Papa John's so there's no way my food should have been cold. I called back asking for a refund and was told I couldn't get refunded I can only get a store credit I let the lady know that I would never be ordering from Papa John's again so I don't want store credit I want my money back. and it shouldn't be a problem for me to receive my money after I have been delivered something like this. this is something I wouldn't even feed to my child and it was for my child I haven't touched the food it still looks the same way it was delivered and all I want is my money back customer service was poor they was very rude and gave me the runaround just for me to get this slop I am not happy nor am I satisfied with this

Uneven doughy pizza…there was holes in the pizza big enough to stick a finger through. Only 5 slices were edible between to pizzas. Then they has the nerve to ask which one I want replaced! Both of them!

I had a terrible experience with Papa John's pizza recently. The pizza I received was not only cold but also tasted like rubber. It was as if I was trying to eat a tire instead of a pizza. To make matters worse, the banana pepper they put in the pizza box looked like it had been through a war - crushed and unappetizing. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a good pizza.

We ordered an order of 2 pizzas and a cheese bread for $42 and some change. We had a $50 bill which would have also included the tip for the driver. When the driver came to us. They said papa johns can not accept $50 bills. This was no where said on their app or website. Our driver took our food back with them and when we called the manager, we were told "there's nothing we can do". No wonder this place has a less than 2 star rating. Awful customer service and no attempt to make anything right.... Go to dominoes down the road.
