Ordered pizza and received confirmation email at 553pm on October 9, 2024 with estimated delivery time in 30-40 minutes. At approximately 620 the tracker said 15 minutes delivery time, as it kept saying every time I checked it until 700 when I called the store and ended up speaking with Jonathan who canceled the order and started another one so that my pizza would be hot. Shortly after that I ordered another pizza from Dominos mostly because I'd given up and we were HUNGRY! Y'alls came first around 800 but it was lukewarm at best. I will say this is the first time that this has been a problem and I'm convinced that you swapping from your own drivers to Doordash is the reason why!

Don't bother ordering from here. Our chocolate chip cookie and jalapeno poppers were terribly baked. The cookie was super dry and grainy while the jalapeno poppers were blackened on one side. Suuuuper disappointed as I love Papa John's jalapeno poppers and cookie....

Of all the Papa John's this store has the nicest hardworking crew in Pensacola. The best garlic knots which I ordered at another Papa John's the other ones were half the size.
Lingo made me wait like a complete fool, alone for a whole thirty minutes. You know what you did Lingo, that was very unprofessional, uncool and unbecoming. I have never felt so unseen in such a brief period of time. This brief interaction has seriously soured my taste for Papa John's.
Don't ever waste anyone else's time like that again that was extremely disrespectful

I like their pizza better then some of the other local pizza joints, but the biggest reason I order delivery is because they have their own drivers but sometimes they just use door dash drivers without any choice or warning to the customer, which ends up with cold pizza or stolen food
