I got a small pepperoni pizza with an extra ingredient that almost broke my tooth. Not sure what it is and the manager doesn’t know either! I broke this thing open with a HAMMER and still can’t figure out what it is. Manager seemed to not care! Do not order here if you don’t want food poisoning or a broken tooth!

There were 4 young men working on July 9th 2025. ALEX,ETHAN,TYRONE& TJ their customer service was excellent. I love seeing young ppl take such pride in what they do! I ordered a thin meats no cut pizza, thanks guys it was delicious 😋 keep up the great work. 👍🏾

Person over the phone told me I did not place an order at this store, when I called this location 45 min prior to calling about my order. Then proceeded to tell me that I called the wrong place after waiting an hour for my order to never show. Please hire a new night shift manager for this location.

We purchased 4 pizzas last night and it was $47 and change plus tip and when I say this was the worse pizza ever. The pizza wasn’t even covered in cheese it was missing cheese in certain spots and I literally had to go check my online order to make sure I didn’t mistakenly choose thin crust. This isn’t the Papa John’s I remember getting over the years. I’m terribly disappointed.

I am a rep and ordered for an office 3 large pizzas at a total cost of $80. I get to the office and it’s three tiny pizzas….for $80!!! Now I did get what I ordered but had I known this would be all I got I would have never ordered from there. I called and spoke to the manager and hoped he would send another pizza and do the right thing but he did not. I will NEVER be giving them my business again.

The staff here is the best. They're always chill and very nice and will make sure to exceed expectations if you have any hiccups in your order. I order and deliver doordash. Of all the locations in the area this one is my favorite because of the people. They're chill, helpful, and are always working super hard.
