The pizza in general does taste like cardboard - I shouldn’t give it 2 stars since all the pizzas somewhat taste the same, but this one was extra bad. Greasy pepperoni included. Then they forgot the chicken wings, DoorDash guy didn’t check either. Useless - and tasteless, what a combo ?

They’ve only messed up my order once (in 3 years of regular orders) and they fixed it immediately. I love that they always put enough cheese on the pizza. I feel like the quality control is spot on. I always know what to expect and my pizzas are always consistent.

Their Door Dash driver don't follow the instructions for delivery. When I request for contact less delivery, they will still knock and won't leave until I open and retrieve the prepaid order. Pr better yet, this one pulled up on my driveway honking the horn, playing loud music. Pure ghetto drivers

Placed a delivery order on 3/6 for a garlic stuffed pepperoni pizza. The app said it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. 90 minutes later a sausage pizza arrived. I called and got a credit. I placed another order today and asked to use my credit. A door dash driver called me and said he was lost. Not going to deliver because it was a problem. Called the store and they told me that they can't do anything for me. I will never order here again. Finding a new and reliable pizza place near me now. This place is unreliable and shady in my opinion.

I love papa iohns, but, this store was dirty, my pepperoni pizza barely had ANY cheese at all. More like little dabs of cheese to go with the sauce underneath the pepperoni. The last time I ate at this location there wasnt much cheese
