I called up and ordered a New York special, however, that special was over. I asked for something else or if there were any other specials. I was talking with Amy on Fairfield Dr Pensacola Fl. I settled for a X large pepperoni. My bill was 18.00 plus taxes. No problem. I saw an ad for the shaq a roni special for 11.99. I felt then I was over charged because I thought that is what I bought. I asked Amy why the difference of the 5.00 and she said I took the order at that is what you bought. To me it's like that's it? Then why put it in a shaq a roni box. Well that's what we put all our X large pizzas in. She made me feel stupid and I walked out. I've been insales for over 30 years and if I made a customer feel like I did walking out the door I would not have had a job. I've been doing business with this store for over 16 years and thus was the worse experience. It is not so much the 5.00 difference but it is all about customer services. I thought she would see that maybe she should of offered me the shaq a roni deal on Saturday because I had no idea what sales that were being offered at this time. There are many more places to buy pizzas but I like Papa Johns. I think I might make a change. It's the principle of things not so much the money.

Totally ripped off!! We ordered 1med 2 topping, 1 large 2 topping, charged 46 dollars, most slices of pizza didn't have a single pepperoni or piece of sausage. So under cooked it was ridiculous. We will never go back!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else.

I ordered from Papa John's. They didn't fulfill the order and then told me they would just refund me for the orders I didn't receive. That's not making it right, that's a bait and switch. I wouldn't have ordered if I wasn't going to receive what I ordered. My experience was very unprofessional. I doubt I will order from them again.

This will be the last time I purchased from this place since they discontinued giving military discounts. The other stores in Pensacola that I've been to still have military discount. I have been purchasing from this place for 14 years and they've always had a military discount. They don't want to support the troops I don't want to support their business.
This place is three blocks from my house and I do enjoy going there and have for the past 10 years. This is the third time in a row where my pizza has not been cut you can't enjoy a meat eaters or a supreme style pizza when you can't pull the slices apart I just had my entire plate dumped over on me as I tried to pull two pieces of pizza apart again this experience was zero out of five stars I might be a good long while before I eat here again

I must be a hedonistic moron to keep giving these monkeys an extra chance. The management is absolute garbage, especially the female manager shes a complete see you next Tuesday. The last couple of times my orders were dealt to door dash. The first time I called bc the male manager said they’d put more ricotta in my pizza if it wasn’t a rush. Ps they don’t. Don’t buy the calzone pizza. They’re stealing from you for a blanket stuffed crust pizza. She copped an attitude bc the supposedly just sealed it. I just placed the order that time. The next time I dealt with said manager no one called to say my order was a whole hour behind. I’ve given them a couple of more chances. They’ve disappointed. Today was my last straw. Thanks for no ricotta in my consistent extra sauce light cheese order with no ricotta in the crust. Despite me calling for extra. Hope you enjoyed my last order and it’s disgusting you think 7-10 tips aren’t good enough for your drivers so you door dash it after making a garbage pizza for it. You’re the absolute worse papa Johns
