ordered pizza, breadsticks and a papadilla. ordered extra sauce because that’s the only way i eat pizza and didn’t even get the correct sauce i paid for. and they were closed whenever i called once it was delivered. very annoying

I loved the pizza. I just didn't mind the fact that there was no sauce on it. It was just everything but that and I like pizza sauce.

I called up and ordered a New York special, however, that special was over. I asked for something else or if there were any other specials. I was talking with Amy on Fairfield Dr Pensacola Fl. I settled for a X large pepperoni. My bill was 18.00 plus taxes. No problem. I saw an ad for the shaq a roni special for 11.99. I felt then I was over charged because I thought that is what I bought. I asked Amy why the difference of the 5.00 and she said I took the order at that is what you bought. To me it's like that's it? Then why put it in a shaq a roni box. Well that's what we put all our X large pizzas in. She made me feel stupid and I walked out. I've been insales for over 30 years and if I made a customer feel like I did walking out the door I would not have had a job. I've been doing business with this store for over 16 years and thus was the worse experience. It is not so much the 5.00 difference but it is all about customer services. I thought she would see that maybe she should of offered me the shaq a roni deal on Saturday because I had no idea what sales that were being offered at this time. There are many more places to buy pizzas but I like Papa Johns. I think I might make a change. It's the principle of things not so much the money.

Totally ripped off!! We ordered 1med 2 topping, 1 large 2 topping, charged 46 dollars, most slices of pizza didn't have a single pepperoni or piece of sausage. So under cooked it was ridiculous. We will never go back!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else.
