This place is three blocks from my house and I do enjoy going there and have for the past 10 years. This is the third time in a row where my pizza has not been cut you can't enjoy a meat eaters or a supreme style pizza when you can't pull the slices apart I just had my entire plate dumped over on me as I tried to pull two pieces of pizza apart again this experience was zero out of five stars I might be a good long while before I eat here again

I must be a hedonistic moron to keep giving these monkeys an extra chance. The management is absolute garbage, especially the female manager shes a complete see you next Tuesday. The last couple of times my orders were dealt to door dash. The first time I called bc the male manager said they’d put more ricotta in my pizza if it wasn’t a rush. Ps they don’t. Don’t buy the calzone pizza. They’re stealing from you for a blanket stuffed crust pizza. She copped an attitude bc the supposedly just sealed it. I just placed the order that time. The next time I dealt with said manager no one called to say my order was a whole hour behind. I’ve given them a couple of more chances. They’ve disappointed. Today was my last straw. Thanks for no ricotta in my consistent extra sauce light cheese order with no ricotta in the crust. Despite me calling for extra. Hope you enjoyed my last order and it’s disgusting you think 7-10 tips aren’t good enough for your drivers so you door dash it after making a garbage pizza for it. You’re the absolute worse papa Johns

Ordered a thin crust on a Friday night. I tipped the driver 8 bucks (Im 2 min down the road from this place). Turns out there is wax paper cooked into half the pizza! I call and nicely request the same order be remade and brought with a garlic sauce. It gets here and the same delivery driver hands me the pizza and she says "I put your extra sauce in there" and hands me the pizza, quickly walks away. I open the box and the sauces were smashed into one of the slices all jacked up and the pizza was barely cut IF AT ALL in some spots. Not really sure if it was out of spite or ignorance, but thats not how you serve someone a pizza. Get yourselves some new pizza cutters and don't serve people sauce cups smashed into the food. That's what the corners of the box are for. You would think it's common sense but it's 2023 so I guess not.

Food running "late" (over 2 hours), cant call anyone to speak about it, when you call you just get sent to automated message telling you 'sorry were behind'. real terrible way to handle problems within the restaurant, they should shut it down if its this bad and not accept orders. Instead now they already have my money and theres no way for me to adjudicate the issue.unfortunate it will be the last time I do business with them seeing as they're a few minutes from my house. Their fees are overpriced anyways.

In from out of town. Just landed and got to accommodations. No food or drink where we are, so we decided to order Papa John's. Order arrived quickly, pizza was as expected, but (and this may seem minor) they didn't have the drinks I ordered. At home this would be no big deal, but not at home it's sort of a big deal. Got a flippant apology saying "the girl was supposed to call to verify." Gee, thanks. It seems with the large number of less-than-stellar reviews, they'd try a little harder to get things right.

Don't wait your money on the Cool Ranch Doritos dipping sauce. $0.99/each means a locally packaged (not corporately produced in sealed packaging) dipping sauce cup filled MAYBE halfway full - so basically at least $1.98/each. I also wouldn't advise going there at night unless you're the boogy man the boogy men hanging out in the parking lot should be afraid of.

I should have looked at the reviews before I spent 45 minutes trying to use a bogus promo code put out by PAPA JOHNS. 50% off with the promo code OZARK50 is bullshit. in reality "I saved" $3.30 on a $30 order(or would be order). Bait and Switch at its finest! Called the store which is not the store but an order center...on and on. Put on hold by the young lady who was going to "help" me with this. 10 min later I just hung up. THIS IS THE FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN BUT ITS WELL DESERVED. No wonder Dominoes is kicking their ass lately. I tried to give them my business they failed. BTW PJ... I buy 20 pizzas a week from you through my company. Dominoes will have that business from here out. Have a wonderful fucking evening
