I ordered a gluten free pizza and a family size. After she ran my debit card the cashier said we are out of gluten free pizza. Do you want a refund. I said yes. Then she said I don't know how to do that. She called her manager and still couldn't figure it out. I said just give me the cash. I manager said no way we don't give cash. Then proceeded to say since the cashier can't put the money back on the card and we don't give cash back you are just out of luck nothing we can do for you.I had to spend 53 minutes on hold with my bank to dispute the charge otherwise I would have been out $31.50I will never go back to them

Should have read reviews before assuming that this location would be open when they say that they are. They had a sign that said "Apply within" which fits. But why would the owner or manager not be running the store themselves if they cannot get help. Someone is responsible for the profit and loss of this business but they obviously do not care.

Don't recommend to travelers. Pizza was good but it had to be cooked at home. They serve it to you raw.

Everything was fine EXCEPT the cashier WAS the food prep. No problem, BUT he did not, I repeat , did not remove the gloves from accepting the money then went right to preparing the pizza. DID NOT REMOVE, AND APPLY A CLEAN PAIR OF GLOVES BEFORE ADDING PIZZA ITEMS TO THE CRUST.Where were those gloves before I entered Papa Murphy’s? At least change the gloves. The least you can do with one employee.

The chicken bacon artichoke pizza was delicious but the other pizza (bacon cheeseburger) had something wrong with part of the crust, making that part of it inedible (which is $ lost). We probably won't go back.

Take and bake is always the best. They have good quality ingredients and they use enough to make a delicious pizza. Their salads are also good, and very large for the price tag!

Several years ago I had your pizza and it was very good. That location closed. I then went to this location a couple of years ago and I could never get the bottom to not be doughy. Just last week I thought I would try it again the pizza bottom was still doughy so I flipped it upside down. It didn’t make a difference.

Well, that is an official never again! Barely any sauce on the pizza, had to spruce it up myself with butter, garlic, and go grab some marinara! Breadsticks were trash. Also did not come with any marinara. I also had to spruce those up just the same for two pizzas and breadsticks at 40 something dollars, I’ll just make my own… i’m starting to see why these places are continuously disappearing! It’s literally turned into trash
You never know if the employees are gonna answer the phone or not, but don’t order online bc they most likely will close early on you and you will show up for nothing, even having taken your money. No point in showing after 6 bc they will stand at the door and tell you “no more” even with crust prepped and ready that u can see. Absolutely the most horrible customer service I’ve endured in Pensacola in 12 years.

Why does it say open until 8 if they won’t let anybody in after 7:40? Then the kid working behind the counter laughs at angry customers locked outside, you can see staff hiding in the back until we left the front door. Disgusting behavior, they turned away a bus full of people. GM needs to clean house.

A must stop for us as we pit stop in town for our mail, our monthly shop at Pubix, and get back on the road.Staff are friendly and quick to fill orders. We've never seen a shortage of ingredients, and the pizzas are just what we like after a day of running errands.
