Having never been to Parlour Donuts before, I was a little overwhelmed—in the best way. Everything looked amazing! The staff greeted us right away and shared what they’re known for: creative flavor combinations and incredibly soft donuts. The outside had a slight cronut-like texture, and the inside was unbelievably soft. I ordered two and saved one for the next morning (a true test)… and it was still just as fresh and tender. Most donuts are at least a little stale by day two, but not these. I had the lemon bar donut on day one and the bourbon caramel on day two—both absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special and indulgent.

Update 2026 Something has changed. They're more donut like than croissant like now. Wouldn't really go back this time. It looks like more locations opened up, maybe that's the problem?
2025 So cute! Wonderfully cooked croissant donuts. They're called Cronuts where I'm from. Make sure to stop in when in the area. I loved the raspberry pistachio but I can't wait to try the other 2 I ordered to go.

Visited here on vacation here and stopped in. All I can say is it was absolutely fabulous. The staff is polite, helpful, and patient. The Coffee is is handed to you very quick and tastes fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Place says it’s a donut shop but has all this useless crap they call donuts. There’s no glazed. There’s no chocolate. Then when you’re forced to choose some crap to eat instead of what you want, you get up to the counter to order it and they say oh we only have custard holiday left do you want that? Oh yeah fine I want 10. Too bad we only have 8. What a waste of time and money. Never go here this place needs to be shut down. Garbage

These doughnuts were not good at all, zero sweetness in the dough. It literally tasted like they took bread rolls from Walmart bakery and added icing. Very peculiar.

Parlor Donuts in Pensacola absolutely exceeded our expectations. We’ve visited plenty of donut shops over the years, but this one stands out for both its incredible pastries and surprisingly impressive coffee. Most donut spots tend to keep their coffee simple, but Parlor truly delivers on the barista side. I’m pretty particular about my coffee and usually have a long list of custom requests—every single one was met without hesitation, and the final result was one of the best specialty drinks I’ve had from a donut shop.
The donuts themselves were phenomenal. We picked up an assortment, and every flavor we tried was delicious. The layered style gives them a light, flaky texture that sets them apart, and the variety behind the glass made it hard to choose. From classics to fun seasonal flavors, everything looked and tasted fresh.
The inside of the shop is clean, bright, and inviting, and the staff was friendly and patient while we made our selections. Even the small touches—like the presentation of the display case and how good the shop smells when you walk in—added to the experience.
Whether you’re grabbing breakfast with family or just want great coffee and a treat, Parlor Donuts is a must-visit in Pensacola.
