What a fantastic dinner at Pearl and Horn! Everything about this place is immaculate -- the attentive service, the warm aesthetic, and above all, the food. Brian, our server, was just awesome. We told him it was our first time there and in fact the first meal out since we moved to Pensacola, and he went all out to make it a memorable experience for us.
On to the food. Everything was incredible. This place is known for their oysters -- If you like oysters on the half shell, definitely get these! Some of the best we've ever had. Whenever I see risotto on the menu I have to have it, and their mushroom risotto and scallops were delicious.
We loved our date night there, and this is definitely going to be a place we come to for more special occasions.

Dining experience was overall good but we truly miss the seafood squid ink pasta dish being on the menu. This dish was the most phenomenal and flavorful meal we have ever eaten. We have dined at various high quality restaurants in Manhattan, Las Vegas, Maui, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos ect. but have never tried such a unique and exquisite meal as the chef’s homemade squid ink pasta with seafood. Please consider adding this option back to the menu as it truly missed!

Our server was so wonderful. I wish I could remember his name! We came for my birthday and the whole staff really made it special. The seafood tower was insane and so good! We had kids with us and they also enjoyed their meals while stealing lobster off our seafood tower. Even though they were packed, our sever did a mini birthday photo shoot for us. He was also so patient with my family who can never make a decision. I also really liked the vibe and the atmosphere.
