The waitress was really sweet, but we got 3 out of 4 dirty water cups with stuff floating in them and we were missing parts of our order. The bathrooms were gross, smelled like sewage near the bar and the staff didn't wash their hands when they left the bathroom. The food wasn't bad, but for the price and how dirty it was, we won't be back.

During my vacation, I had the pleasure of dining at Pedro's Mexican Restaurant — and what truly made the experience unforgettable was our incredible server, Britney. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and full of positive energy. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, gave great menu recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Britney is hands-down the best server I’ve had during my entire vacation. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were unmatched. If you're dining at Pedro's, do yourself a favor and ask for Britney. She truly elevates the whole experience!

Terrible service, party of 7, never got my food,

Alexis was at great waiter. The food came out extremely quick. I was extremely surprised in how quick and efficient the service was.

Food was too salty, menu stated stuffed jalapenos had “cheddar” but came with plain, runny cream cheese. Mgr was nice enough to remove item from my ticket. Menu knowledge was low by employees.

The last few times the service had been horrible, set over 10 minutes before asking twice if someone was going to take our drink or food order. When we finally got a server she was slower than Molasses. She never checked on us or refilled our drinks. We've decided we want be returning. The restaurant has really changed the last several months.

Food has lost its great taste and plate display from when they first opened. The service has gone down. Could be the select few that are new but my last 3 visits have been staff with no knowledge of the meals nor do they keep track of the needs of the people they are waiting on. My most unfavorable change is that they are charging a higher price for not using cash. That's ridiculous. Used to be my favorite now Ill eat somewhere else.
