Ordered a medium rare burger and it was so gross. The cook was fine but the quality of the burger was terrible. Feel like their food is so basic and plain and meh and can get away with it cause the airport has next to nothing to eat. Service was great at the bar though

I wasn’t expecting much from an airport restaurant, but The Beach at Pensacola International absolutely blew me away. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and they were phenomenal, rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, and the shrimp were cooked just right. Honestly, one of the best versions of the dish I’ve had, airport or not.

What really made the experience stand out was the bartender, impeccable service, super friendly, and clearly knows how to keep things running smoothly even during busy moments. Great conversation and a well-made drink to go with an excellent meal? That’s rare at any airport.

If you’ve got time before your flight, this spot is a must. Great food, great vibe, and a surprisingly high-quality experience for an airport restaurant. Five stars all the way!

Overpriced and very mediocre. I had a grilled shrimp po boy and it had 5 shrimp on it, diced tomatoes and was on what looked like a hotdog bun. They were out of burgers, which is what I really wanted. To top it off, the beer taps weren’t working. There aren’t many food options at PNS, and I’ll take the chick-fil-a across the way next time.

Ordered the “Trio dip” which was advertised as salsa, guacamole, and queso with tortilla chips, which cost $17.00. Understanding airport prices, I was willing to look past the cost, but was blown away when I waited 30 minutes and was served a 1oz container of guac, 1oz container of queso, and 1/2 oz container with a few diced tomatoes in it. I couldn’t find my server anywhere, flagged down another server and sent this back and requested it to be taken off my check. She stated the new management changed the serving portion of this menu item and they have gotten lots of complaints from customers about it. Truly embarrassing for a business to serve this pathetic plate for $17 and to have employees who bad mouth the company. Would never recommend this place.

Sat at the bar and the two bartenders did not pay attention
I watched 5 people get served before anyone looked at me. When I got my white Russian it didn't even have a full shot and the cup was only 2/3 full. She immediately gave me the bill and didn't offer to keep it open. Terrible service and drink.....

Phenomenal early morning trip out of PNS. Scarlet was my bartender and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She asked me my preferences and made me a drink she knew I'd like. Peach tea and bourbon was amazing. I'll def be back! 😊

I flew through Pensacola the other day and had a decent layover and wanted a good meal. I was not disappointed here! Server was attentive but didn’t make me feel rushed, food was incredible with a great atmosphere. Will definitely come back if I fly through

Service was great! Food was great! My comment is why is it so hot in there? I was waiting on my food and sweating the whole time. Not a nice experience before boarding

Been here 2 weeks back to back. Food is decent, but Ford provided awesome service at the bar. Hopefully, you get there on his shift.

As far as airport bar/restaurants go it’s pretty average, but the male bartender with glasses was incredible! If he worked at a bar outside of the airport I would be his regular for sure. He worked with a sense of urgency but with exemplary customer service. Funny, outgoing, and attentive to his customers.

Absolute WORST management and dining experience I could’ve asked for. Came and was seated just fine and the server Rylan was amazing but that was about it. I’ll explain………

To start I ordered chicken tenders for the kids that looked like they were cooked in old grease when they came out..we ordered the dirty wings to start and sat for approximately 15 minutes before deciding to order mozzarella sticks. Another 15 minutes passes and the mozzarella sticks come out before my wings EVER come out. At this point I’m concerned but I try to remain optimistic considering I’m in this industry and I do understand cook times and prep times. ANOTHER 10 minutes passes and my server passes several times utterly confused as to why our wings never came out. After almost 45 minutes of waiting we finally get our wings and I ask the server to speak to the manager. The server comes back from the back with I QUOTE the manager saying “I’m too busy to talk to them I’m not coming out there.”

If this is the way they conduct business then I feel bad for the service team because the lack of management support makes it a Toxic environment for them to succeed…
