I ran out of my regular cold brew coffee and my Thrive shipment has not arrived yet so I was getting desperate. My husband headed over to the new location (Nomadic Eats) and was able to buy a couple of bottles for me. He was a few minutes early and they had not opened yet but she helped him anyway. Thanks for being a lifesaver! The cold brew straight black is delicious!!

We ordered a diary free birthday cake for our son. Good: Cake was ready on time. They were nice when we picked it up. Bad: Cake looked.. too simple and not cool at all. I think I would make a better cake myself even though I never made a cake before. If you have any pictures of the birthday cake in mind.. forget it all, it will not look even close to them. I did not expect much.. simple cake would be ok.. but it was way below my expectation. The taste of the cake was like the cheapest cake you can ever buy in the cheapest store. I didn't expect much from a diary-free cake, but again it was not something you can eat at all. You can literally select any taste from their list, because you won't taste any difference at all. None of us was able to eat it. So it was just something we put our candle in.

Gluten Free sugar cookies with icing are wonderful!!! I can't wait to try the cupcakes. The staff are very friendly.

The cupcakes were very bland and dry. The strawberry one different have any flavor and its texture was more like angel food cake rather than a sponge cake.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering a cake from here a couple months ago. I flew in from out of town to celebrate my sons first birthday with family and friends and needed a vegan cake due to my son's food allergies. I trusted this place out of all recommendations bc I have been there before I moved away and loved it. Without hesitation, I go in and put my order, pay in full in advance a week early. I show the worker the picture of what I wanted and she said it was no problem and that to email them the picture just to reference back to. I do that. The day comes to pick up the cake and this is what we end up getting vs what we showed them. Picture 1 is what I showed them. Picture 2 and 3 is what I received the day of pick up. It looks nothing like the picture I showed and I even emailed them the inspired picture so they could try to remake it. I can understand it looking similar and not exact but this is NOTHING close to the picture. I scheduled to pick up at 12 noon and my sons birthday party started at 3. We express our disappointment and then they tell me that they'll quickly remake the cake and deliver it to the birthday party location. 1 hour AFTER the party has started, an employee comes to deliver the "cake". Instead of a cake, he comes in with cupcakes and says that the cake they made "fell" or "fell apart" so they had to make us cupcakes instead. I'm super blindsided at this point because not once did I get a call with a heads up about what happened or what they could do to fix it, instead he just shows up AT the party with cupcakes and a gift card as my "refund". I'm sorry but we're military and don't live in town. What am I going to do with a gift card as a refund?! You would think that I would've gotten a phone call of what happened to the remade cake instead of being surprised with random cupcakes at the birthday party. The employee steps outside to call the manager and comes in and says that I need to give the manger a call for them to give me a refund. So I'm thinking at this point, whatever. I'll call once this chaos of a birthday party is over with. They gave me the cupcakes and so forth. That day ended. Honestly, the cake looked like something I could've made myself. I wanted it to look nice for my sons first birthday and not botched, which is why I paid 2xs more for it to be "professionally" done than some cake I made at home. If you couldn't meet my expectations then just turn me away. I was so disappointed and stressed out. It's not like I can go down the street and grab a cake from a regular grocery store. My son has major food allergies so I had to pay 2xs more for a "special" cake from a place that felt like it was okay to try to give me a cake that looked underwhelming. They gave me my refund and offered to make another cake when I ever came back to town but I honestly just rather take my business elsewhere. I think they should just stick to making cupcakes and not trying to make other types of special occasion cakes. I don't usually write reviews and especially not bad ones, but I had to do it because every time I think back to this situation, my blood boils. I hope this business has learned from this situation and strive to do better.

UPDATE: My daughters wedding was last Sat. When we walked into the reception this beauty of a cake was on display. GREAT JOB!!!! OH SNAP knocked it out of the park. No doubt it was not only stunning but it was probably one of the best cakes I have ever tasted....all layers!!! WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR NEXT WEDDING NEEDS!!! And thank you for the 2 Carrot Cake Cupcakes to boot...they were just as awesome.....

We had a surprise birthday party for my wife's 40th birthday party. It was a Alice in Wonderland's Down the Rabbit Hole party and they made an amazing 2 tier cake for it to sit on the cake stand that I made. Everyone loved it.

I live out of town but got married, in a very small ceremony, near Pensacola. The staff was so accommodating, they emailed me the entire menu and said to let them know what I wanted a week before. It was that easy! We walked in, picked up the delicious wedding almond and red velvet cupcakes and took 2 lemon drop cupcakes just because. They were delicious! Thank you for making our special day so sweet!

Our company ordered one dozen cupcakes from Oh Snap Cupcakes for delivery to our co-worker's house for his birthday. Oh Snap Cupcakes was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, and they contacted me when the delivery had been made. They even sent a cute photo. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I can't personally vouch for how the cupcakes taste, but I heard they were delicious. :)
