This was the worst dining experience in my entire life. Service, food and place failed miserably. There was only one person working in the place, preparing food and mending the register. Once the order is complete, I found several items missing and no explanation why they were not brought. I ordered milkshakes and they were not prepared at all. When I went to ask the cook-server-, she answered in a "who are you to bother me" manner that she was finishing other guests' orders. Mind you they all came after my group made the order. Once the food arrived, the food was burnt. However the visual unappealing appearance of the food is only matched by the terrible taste. The burger had no flavor at all, it tasted like it came off of the dead cow at that very moment. The onion rings were soggy and horrible. The buns were cold and fries have seen better days. The greek salad did not have any feta cheese. I had to go and request it. The milkshakes were not made until I asked two more times and then I was told the chocolate milkshake was not available. There was no offer of refund or apology. I had to ask for a replacement item that I did not need. If you are up for adventure and the communist style service, go right ahead this place will fit you foodie needs.

Fresh made THICK burgers! Don't expect some puny, reheated burger here! Fresh, high quality toppings also. Order as you come into the restaurant, and your burger is cooked in plain sight. Fresh cut fries and delicious onion rings. We will definitely be back!

Ladies be warned! Military don't spend your money here. We will never be back! The food was tasty but we what my wife witnessed and experience was so disgusting and upsetting to her we will not be back. An older black man working behind the counter was licking his lips and make sexual jesters toward young ladies eating at the restaurant. He licked his lips and made grunts towards young ladies as he stared at young ladies rear ends as they walked out the door. Hey, I spend 30 years in the military and this has nothing to do with race. This man thinks the restaurant is his only person strip club. To the Manager, send this guy home for good and tell him if he wants to act this way go to Sammy's! Pathetic, disrespectful, and disturbing.

Good location. I really like the decor although the trash can is in a weird place. Decent service. The food was great. Really good burger. I loved the thick cut pickles and the brioche bun toasted on the flat top. I expected 2 slices of bacon but on got one. A burger this size needs two and for $1 I expect two whole slices. I'm nit picking but otherwise it was good.

We were vacationing at Pensacola beach and we ventured off the peninsula for lunch when we passed this place on our way in. Best idea we had of the trip!! The burgers were sooo yummy. Everything is made fresh with order. The burgers were so thick and juicy! The extras like bacon was crisp. The toppings were very fresh, the tomato tastes like garden tomato! We had fries and onion rings, both were seasoned and cooked to perfection! We met Shawn the GM ,very friendly and customer service first! This is a few minutes drive off the peninsula but totally WORTH IT!!

This place is a hidden gem. The burgers and fries are equally amazing. The cook, who was also the cashier could not of been more accommodating and friendly. I have told many people about this place in just a couple days. We will be back soon!!

This place has wonderful service. Greeted at the door and the nice guy told me about my food when he gave it to me fresh. Literally off the pan to my plate as he handed to me. The burger was extremely good complete with fresh sautéed onions that I'd highly recommend. If you haven't been here. You're missing out.

I love steak burger! Their meat is fresh and seasoned to perfection. Their fries are nice and crispy. I ordered the double burger and it was huge. I can't imagine what the triple burger looks like. I have zero complaints about their food or service. Everything was excellent!
