When we lived in pensacola from '99 - '2002, We used to eat lunch here once per week. We are back for a visit and had to get us a great cheese steak. My husband grew up outside Philly and lives for great cheese steaks that come without all those peppers and onions! They just don't belong on it. Place hasn't changed and still has authentic cheese steaks!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Philly's. This is as close to "home" An authentic cheesesteak can be found. I grew up in Pennsylvania and Baltimore, MD. Cheeststeaks were greatly missed until I mo ed into th8s neighborhood sone 25 years ago. My first time eating here, I loved it so much I got a job and cooked them for about a year, about 24 years ago. Lol

This is the closest to a true hoagie from up North. I just love their steak & cheese but they have many other great tasting food, so go get yourself something to eat here & I GUARANTEE you'll be back for the same or something else. The people that work here are just down to earth hard working whom like having fun and making money people. Their just great how they treat you!! Thank you all & I'LL BE BACK!! 😉

I had the chicken cheese steak, and I honestly think it wasn't the best cheese steak style sandwich I've ever had. My wife had the regular cheese steak, and hers was great as well. Both piping hot and stuffed with well seasoned meat and melted cheese. Fries and onion rings were first rate, the staff was super, and we left wishing there was one of these where we live. Highly recommend.

This place has the best sandwiches I've ever had. The wait is a little long, but only so the workers can take their time crafting culinary perfection for you. Ask anybody in pensacola and theyll tell you its the best. Also, try the orange soda.

Best Cheesesteak in the entire Panhandle! I used to live in Pensacola and now I’m in Panama City Beach. Every time I go back to Pensacola to visit I stop by and get a Philly. I LOVE the Cheesesteak Bomb with everything and extra cheese! The Orange Cream soda is awesome too. Definitely wish there was a Philly’s in Panama City
