I hate to post a 5 star review because I’m selfish. Excellent bbq ribs. Probably the best I’ve had in a while. Also had the wings that were phenomenal. Fri d okra cabbage and Mac and cheese are on point. Had the bbq pigs feet, not my thing but were great. Picked up fried pork chop plate for my girlfriend and it’s great. Unassuming hole in the wall, but a great personable Christian man runs the place. Check it out for sure.
My husband and I weren't sure of the hours as we hadn't been before and didn't realize they usually close around 5 when the food runs out. We stopped by around 7:15 and Phil explained his hours but then welcomed us in after closing to be out of the rain and graciously packed up 2 combo meals with fresh fried okra and an extra sandwich for us to go!! Parking: Wonderful spot right in the way!!!
Kid-friendliness: One of the nicest people we have met. He ce out and played with my 8 year old. Turned the speakers on for him to hear BASS!!! I hope everyone treats this Man with the upmost RESPECT!!!
