After church Sunday, my son and I decided to order a pizza from the local Pizza Hut shop off Beulah Road. A lady named Ty answered the phone, We told her we wanted a pineapple pizza and ask her what types of sauces that they offered she was soo sweet, patient and courteous when explaining to us what our choices were. She thanked us for our order, told us how long it would be before it was ready, and all I can say is When we hung up me and my son just looked at each other and said “that it got to be the best CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever received calling in a TO GO order anywhere.” Thank you so much Ty you are an exceptional employee and I hope that they recognize you and appreciate you because we sure do. She is also the person that cooked our pizza and it was delicious!

I really enjoy my pizzas from this Beulah/Nine Mile Rd Pizza Hut! Ordering online is a cinch and using the App to order is even easier. The staff here(ALL of them) are FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and a pleasure to speak with! Either carry out OR delivery, they make GREAT pizzas and they are HOT! My delivery the other day was as hot as it comes out of the oven, truly remarkable! I enjoy eating pizza and while I feel like my options for pizza are a bit more limited here than where I moved from(Raleigh), I am thankful this Pizza Hut makes such quality pizzas! Even if I didn't live as close to this particular Pizza Hut, I would travel to this one to get my pizzas! The only "other" thing I would enjoy more is being able to eat my pizza there but the costs of having a sit-down restaurant is off the chart today, I understand why they don't. Not to fret though, I get my pizza and head down to the Publix, grab a fountain soda and use their HUGE upstairs eating/break area to eat my pizza and read my book, a GREAT way to enjoy my FAVORITE pizza in Pensacola!

ZERO STARS. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! They OVERcharged my card, I was kept on hold for over 15 mins just to be told they charged me one amount and my debit card statement says more. They shorted me a pizza and refused to admit they did. PAY CASH if you’re using this store. You won’t get your order right if you’re shorted and they will charge more than what you owe. I was told oh well by management.
