Warrington made the wrong pizza. Called, and brought the right one but demanded money because PH on the phone can't give a new pizza. Took it back, then wouldn't replace the screw up.

Atmosphere was hot and cramped and the manager extremely rude and flat out said she didn't care if she lost pizza hut any business...I went to another location and was actually greeted with professionalism from ALL the employees there. I prefer to travel an extra 5 miles to the pizza hut who can comprehend an order and don't act like your bothering them..the manager at entrance rd needs to understand ain't nobody making her work there so if she's going to be nasty find a different job.

Had to physically go into this particular location as the app didn't recognize it, so I lost pints :( but the gentleman who took my order I do believe is the manager, was awesome our food was ready quick and made exactly the way it was requested with 0 Hassel, this is not a dine in location but that's OK, I wasn't looking for a dine in .

Ordered delivery for base at 10:30 at night. Dude got here at 11 and told me that they stop taking orders for base at 9PM because of the rules of the barracks so good thing I still got my food. I was extremely confused and caught off guard as I've never had that issue before as I don't live at the barracks but at the housing complex on base. Told me they don't feel like training the new people the rules of the barracks so to just not order past 9PM for next time. Sorry dude but that's not my problem. Train your people as it's their job anyways. I wish I could take my tip back as he was so rude.

So twice now I’ve ordered cheesy Alfredo and been given CHICKEN Alfredo. Had I wanted chicken I would have ordered it. The first time I gave it to my sister and let it slide but tonight I didn’t, I called and was told they would bring me a replacement that all I needed to do it give the driver the one I didn’t want, cool whatever I’m not gonna eat it anyhow…. I’ve been waiting almost 2 HOURS FOR MY REPLACEMENT!!!!
EDIT: Called back and spoke with Troy who processed my refund. Thanks Troy for your kindness and I really do appreciate you making it right!!!!
Waited for my order that never came. Granted there was a storm and flood warning but few hrs waiting was no good (almost 3hrs).
The person that took my order doesn't know how to properly handle phone orders... kept getting my address and number wrong even though i said it nice and clear. No repeat backs on the order or information.
The last person was chill and will refund it.

Do not follow instructions and they decide what crust you get off how they feel. I guess I ask for hand toss I get thin, I ask for original pan I get thin crust. 5 star if you just follow the board, but nope. So here is 3 star.

I ordered a special deal w/ 2 med pizzas any way, boneless wings & bread. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the bread... sad! The pizzas both had chicken & bacon done 2 different ways & it's like the chopped off all the fat to both but added it in the pizza. It looked like onion pieces but was straight fat! Biting into it was confusing & disgusting! I was worried bc 1 was not to have any onions per allergy but the other had them & both pizzas had the pieces of fat! It was so gross! I The boneless wings were mostly bread & they didn't even sauce all of them 1/2 had sauce the rest on the bottom. I hadn't eaten from pizza hut for years but was sick of my normal choice & wanted to give them another shot. Sorry I wasted my $. They couldn't have been too busy to notice bc they said pick up ready in 15 min (which I thought was great) but now I know why they weren't busy & only had 1 other order ready for pick up in the heaters. Shame on you Pizza Hut!
