Part of our order was missing for delivery so we called the store. Within 10 minutes the driver (very nice and polite guy) returned with the missing items plus extra. It was all piping hot and very good. They went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely continue to use this location.

The pizza was not cooked done. Had to throw it in the oven. However they were paid to cook it for me. Waiting on pizza hungry and it showing up uncooked enrages me. Not doing this again.

My usual Pizza Hut moved, so when I placed the order, I didn't see where the pizza hut was. I finally found where it was ready and explained what had happened. EVERYONE LAUGHED AND SAID I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE. HAHHAHA THANKS for cooking dinner on the days I physically can't for my adult special needs children. Keep up the awesome job

The night staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! They canceled my entire order when I said cancel 2 pizzas they don't carry. Then when asked when I'd get my money back since today's my son's birthday they laughed and said 1-2 days. I'll never order from them again! Got my 10 year old in tears!!!!

It has been 3 years since our last order here because of the bad experience on the last order. A definite improvement. Either they changed management and got someone that knows what he or she is doing or they corrected the problem. Either way this experience was great so it won't be three years until or next order.

I got the vegetarian pasta bowl ? and MAN it was to DIE for!! Rigatoni pasta, JUST enough sauce, & crunchy tasty veggies. The only thing I wish was in it was fresh mushrooms. BUT lots of onions, bell peppers, black olives, & Tomatoes. Also I was told a 20 minute wait but really it was only 10!! PIZZA HUT IS STILL THE BEST!!! OH YEAH ... lots of tasty toasty stringy cheese ob top lightly brown!! GO GET ONE NOW!! ??? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Uber eats had a 5 drive to come up to this one Pizza Hut but they refused to customer the remake of food and now he's just lounging in the window seal like he owns the place
