Placed an order online, then called to confirm and make an adjustment to order and I was placed on hold 7× THEN YELLED AT BY ASHLEY OR APRIL OR WHOEVER THE CASHIER WAS FOR CALLING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! WILL NEVER USE THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN! I WAS A WEEKLY CUSTOMER, NOT ANYMORE! CANCELED ORDER IMMEDIATELY!

I don't know how this location has a 4.1 star rating. I would give it 0 stars if I could - 1 of my pizzas was not made as ordered. My other pizza was accidentally given out to a different customer. And when I asked to cancel my order and issue a credit to my credit card, the employee was unable to do so because I made & paid for my order online. Absolutely atrocious. STAY AWAY from this location.

Placed my order 8:56 and was told it would be ready in 40 mins. Than got a text at 9:53 that it would arrive at 10:31, just to text the status when no one showed to find out it was canceled at 10:01. Never ordering from them again .
