If I could give this place 0 stars I would ..our food got delivered spilled pizza sauce literally leaking out of the box all over other boxes ….. wings flipped over and sauce spilled every where leaking out of the box. We waited an hour for the food to be delivered then turned around and drove to the store…. Showed them the mistake and they said they couldn’t do anything …. Obviously we were frustrated the guy running the register tried to help but who ever he asked for help maybe management? Asked us to leave the store after we spent 60 dollars on food that they refused to replace. I’ll attach pictures of how awful our food came in delivered…… you will see why we were unhappy we order from here all the time but after this never again…. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place and always has been but id rather eat somewhere else then ever deal with the type of customer service I dealt with tonight

I’ve ordered from this location since before they moved permanently next to Publix. The pizzas have for the most part always been subpar and the service above reproach.
Something that’s really bothered me though is the cleanliness of the workers. I ordered a pizza last night and had to take it back due to it being incorrect.
The order was corrected without issue. However, the manager that gave me my pizza had a dirty bandaid on his finger and his nails were dirty like he’d been working outside.
The only reason I didn’t refuse the order and request a refund was due to him being polite and professional. But those hands are a no go and everyone in that store needs to be addressed about this. Because you can’t tell me he washed his hands with dirt under his nails and a bandaid on.
It’s gonna be a while before I’m comfortable ordering again.

Pizza was hot, crispy, fresh, and cut all the way through. Staff was friendly and professional. I got there early and the pizza was almost done. I highly recommend the saufley field location!
From them taking my order, the perfect distribution of toppings, the speed of delivery and the hot hot pizza, this store lives up to “Nobody out pizzas the hut”! I’m back to being a loyal Pizza Hut customer!

I love Pizza Hut and the pizza from this location would be great if it wasn’t drenched in sauce, not only on one occasion either. There’s barely any cheese, and in some areas it’s literally just sauce. I’ve went back several times hoping it was just a fluke. But I guess they just don’t like using cheese. I’ll be ordering elsewhere for a while, and try again in the future!

Best pizza hut pizza I've had in years. They were a bit disorganized as far as letting you know when your order was ready even though I had paid already and was sitting right there. But it was already in the oven when I arrived and I asked for extra baked and it was!
