Ordered twice from them within the last 2 weeks. Both times we were not notified that our pizza was dropped off. No one knocked on our door and we received no tracking information even though I gave them my phone number and email. Tried calling multiple times and no one picks up the phone. Lousy service and terrible workers. Will never recommend this site to anyone. Dominos did a better job than they did which is sad.

This Pizza Hut location on Creighton Road consistently delivers fresh, hot food. My orders are almost always ready at or before the promised time, and the staff is friendly and eager to go the extra mile. I choose this location more than any other pizza place or Pizza Hut because it’s convenient and right in my neighborhood. The quality of the food is outstanding, which is why I prefer them over other pizza chains in the area.

I ordered for online delivery at the pensacola location on November 14th (3900 Creighton Rd Unit C Pensacola, FL 32504 United States) & got a phone call at 11:55 that if i didnt get there in 5 minutes he was not going to be making my food, even though i ordered through delivery. I wasnt that far so i drove over there to get my order was approached with an attitude with the man working. He told me to pay for the food or he wasnt making it & i was confused because i already paid for the order & placed it for delivery in the app & i told him this then he had an attitude again. So i proceeded to ask him what his problem was since i was not being rude to him? I understand that he wanted to go home & i was unaware that the store closed at 12. If he simply would have told me on the phone hey i cant take your order store closes soon then i would have been fine but NO he made me drive to the store & i got greeted with nothing but attitude and i also paid a delivery fee!! I shouldve cancelled & got refunded. I still didnt get refunded for my delivery fee either hm.

This location rocks. After repeat nightmares with their competition in the area, I started getting my pizzas here. Orders are always correct, pizza is delicious, and the staff are always courteous and kind. Glad to be a customer here!

i dont know if its my fault for ordering it at 11:30 but it cannot take this long. ive ordered from here atleast twice and they both took a while to get here (30-65) minutes. mind u i live 2 minutes away from it, i would walk but my ankle is broken.
