Have not Ordered pizza hut for about a year due to the cold and rude manger, thought I would try them again a year later same thing cold pizza late delivery and I didn't get everything I ordered, called the store 4 times before they answered and they said it would be an hour or so before they can bring everything on my order, or they could give me a credit. Will being going up there to talk to store manager because talking on the phone with anyone is point less and they are rude.

I demand to talk to the store or regional manager ASAP. We just placed a $50 order. The pizza was wrong upon arrival. It had 3 or 4 topping that we did NOT order. My husband called the store and asked to speak to the manager. It was a young girl, and she was EXTREMELY rude. She said he ordered the wrong pizza, and he tried to explain to her that he did not and that we have the receipt. She told him it "sounds like a you problem", that it would not be remade or refunded, and he could deal with it.
He then requested her name and the store manager's name and number, she said she wasn't giving it to him. He said we would just come to the store to speak to the store manager in person tomorrow with the pizza and receipt. He then requested corporate's number, and she said she wasn't dealing with someone "kid" and refused to give that number as well. He advised her he was not a "kid", this was horrible customer service and this situation would be made right one way or another to which she said "whatever, no it won't." and hung up on him. This was at approximately 9:30 to 9:45 pm on Saturday November 16th.
We have a large family and order from here often, and we will NEVER eat here again. I want to speak to a manager IMMEDIATELY, I demand a full refund, and I have already emailed corporate.
Incidentally, my husband is a 48 year old, 100% service connected disabled Army Combat Veteran. Iraq and Afghanistan. He is not some "kid" that your woke employees are going to disrespect in that manner. Not on my watch.
He ordered ham, beef, Italian sausage and chicken on this pizza you can see from the pic the toppings we did not order.

Ordered stuffed crust for delivery twice now. Both times the pizza was marked as delivered before driver actually got there and I was left rushing to locate where it was dropped only for them to still be pulling up.
Pizza both times has been awful. The crust on the stuffed crust is SO THIN and weird. Not bread like at all. Chewy but no substance. Like too little dough was stretched too thin, left in a cooler uncovered so it dried out and then baked.
Will NEVER order from here again and waste money although I will give some other Pizza Hut a shot at it maybe…

Ordered online, food was delivered in about 35 minutes, hot and delicious as always! But I do want to give a shout out to the delivery driver Courtney! As we were exchanging money my cat got out the door and she didn’t hesitate to run after her. Amazing customer service and we are so thankful! She was such a big help and definitely earned her tip tonight plus some! Thanks again Courtney!

Not going to lie, wasn't expecting much being a chain but i haven't gotten pizza hut in who knows how long and was hungry. Courtney made the experience awesome. Might consider pizza hut in the future.
