I tried to pay with 2 different credit cards đł online and neither would place my order! So I drove there to place my order! The mgr said she would not honor the order online! Whatâs the difference??? So I placed my order, paid for it with the same card as I used online! She said give us about 15 minutes! So waiting outside in my car! I went to pickup my order she gave me my order! Drove home to eat the pizza I ordered and it really wasnât that great! Iâm disappointed in the service and the taste of the pizza! My guest was not impressed either!

Place order via the app, wait more than an hour.... call 10 mins after delivery time to check on order, transfer to call center which is no help.... chat agent no help.... waste about another hour trying to find out what's going on, just to be told no delivery drivers so your order will not be delivered.... so try if you want, but I just waited over two hours for pizzas that won't be delivered and no body at Pizza Hut cares that they wasted your time/tied up your money/or speaking with you about the issues they caused

I called the day before to order 31 pizzas for a work party and they needed to be ready by 9:30am. Nick handled everything, was calm, cool, and collected and handled the order with ease. Everything was ready by 9:10am and they open at 9am. 31 pizzas! They deserve all the stars!

We ordered a bundle & both our pizzas were disgusting.. no flavor & they forgot 1 ranch to go w our extra 8pc bone in wings. Then the lady called me & asked if we could meet her outside as if we didnât place a DELIVERY order for a reason. 0/10.

The people that had at the cash register had no idea how to ring people up. They should have been better prepared for rhis day

Put an order in was told it was canceled I really feel like it was due to closing time being an hr away this has happened more than once it's ridiculous an hr. Before and it gets canceled
I came to this Pizza Hut at 12am to place an order. I was thinking it was too late and probably wasnât gonna be able to place it. Total opposite of what I expected! Joel was very nice and patient with my order. He founded the coupon for me and told me how long. He made the food fast and gave really good customer service! He needs to be recognized. My food was very delicious and he made sure I had everything I needed!

I go to this Pizza Hut often. I went and ordered wings extra crispy but they were not. I didnât complain I just ordered more and specified that I wanted the extra crispy. They still werenât. I spent $39 and my order wasnât right still. I asked to speak with a manager and they said one was not in. The lady that took my order told me her name was Leanne but printed a receipt that said Maranda. I asked which name is her name and she stated âshe goes by bothâ. When I explained that this isnât the first time my order has been wrong she stated âwell I suggest you go to another Pizza Hutâ. I called the next day to speak with the store manager and all he had to say was âIâm sorry Iâll talk to themâ. This is by far the worst customer service place I have ever been to. McDonaldâs service is better. They will no longer receive my service.

I had a delivery with the driver name Maria ⊠LET ME TELL YOU WORST EVER! it took her 30 minutes to bring the food and then she called me talking about meeting her the food was for my disabled father that canât walk on his feet .. SHE WAS VERY RUDE! I wonât recommend her to drive every again .. had to call the store and speak to the manager on site she was very helpful in fixing my problem but over all Maria should not be driving nobody food around !
