They do great! People are polite and food is on point.
Two complaints. for the second time now I’ve had to wait 25 minutes after the time they tell me my pizza will be done.thats 40 minutes . This last time it already been 45 minutes and they told me it would be another 8 to 10. I told him to refund my money. When I got there, I asked if they had started it and she said it was in the process but waiting for the oven Both times they gave the excuse that one of their ovens is broken. This has happened twice about two months apart. Get your pizza ovens fixed or a new one. I’m done with the store..
Second one is an overall Pizza Hut complaint you can no longer just look up Pizza Hut and look at their whole menu without it flipping over to the ridiculous online ordering where you have to choose between carryout or delivery. I prefer to call with my order, but in order to do that, I can’t just see a menu. Stupid they make you jump through those hoops.

Marina was fantastic. Friendly, courteous. Went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Ordered some carryout pizzas via the app recently and everything was great. I have always had a good experience here dating back 10 years or so. (I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Perdido Key can be a “tough crowd” - to borrow the standup comedy reference.)
