The coffee is great, but the beignets are absolutely amazing. They’re just as good as Cafe du Monde’s, and that’s the highest compliment I can think of. Service was friendly and fast. We’ll be back!

The people are always kind, and the drinks are made right every time. However, the drive thru experience needs attention badly. I have to SCREAM my order every time. They can never hear me. I have never had this experience at any other drive thru. Ordering on the app is the only way I go after repeated instances of this.

Tried PJ’s for the first time this afternoon. Ordered a Banana Fosters. It was so delicious! Even better was the young lady at the window and her customer service!!! Definitely will be back!!

I stop at PJ'S at least once a week. I'm partial to their Cafe Mocha. Always done perfect. The staff is amazing! Stopped about ten days ago and there were only two working. They were busy but, their hustle impressed me. Really didn't wait much longer than usual.

Went in for a cold coffee for husband and I went for the hot beignet. My beignet seems a bit doughy at first, asked for a reorder. They were polite about doing that and brought the order to my table. Their beginners are a layered and open air treat. Taste is nice and served with an abundance of powered sugar.

I love PJs. I’ve been there a number of times meeting friends for coffee and also ordered on the app and picked up my drink in the drive-through. The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and everything I’ve ordered has been delicious. The different seating options and atmosphere may get a really nice spot to meet up with others. Normally I just have a variety of coffee drinks. During Mardi Gras they have absolutely delicious king cake that is delivered straight from New Orleans and it is addictive!
PJ’s Coffee in Pensacola off Airport Blvd is simply the best! The owner, Michele, is absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to help us with delicious coffee for a training event over the weekend. She made sure we had everything we needed, from rich, flavorful coffee to creamers, sweeteners, cups, and lids. It was all perfectly thought out and made the morning run so smoothly.
Her staff is always just as wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and committed to ensuring every customer has a great experience. You can really tell they care about what they do.

Was working at the office late and decided to grab some coffee before PJ’s closes.
Didn’t particularly care for the passive aggression I received yesterday when I arrived at 6:40 & the store closes at 7pm.
First, the employee assumed that a young lady & I arrived together because we happened to walk in at the same time. I found that odd.
Was told at least 4 times by the employee that the store closes at 7pm. All I ordered were beignets & a coffee. I was fine with not receiving beignets. Didn’t care to make a big fuss.
Received a rude THANK YOUUUUU with a harsh tone after placing my order for a small coffee.
The whole exchange was unnecessary. If the store closes at 7, expect to work until 7.
