I stopped by my local Popeyes for a 3pc tender combo and was told there would be a 7-minute wait for mild tenders. No big deal—they were busy, and I appreciated the heads-up. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, but since I had been warned beforehand, I felt like that was on me. Then Sergio showed up and completely changed the game. He apologized for the wait, handed me six tenders instead of three, threw in a large fry, offered me coupons, and—just to top it all off—loaded...
Ordered chicken to go for a family members funeral. Had order ready earlier than expected. Service with a smile ☺️

Me and my boyfriend just came through the drive through around 10:15 on 10/26/24, and we had the kindest service provided to us. The guy at the drive through greeted us very nicely and well mannered and served us hot and fresh food! We will return for sure!
