We just ate at this Popeyes and will never be back. My friend got the chicken tenders and the were very tiny odd shaped and were only breading, no meat inside. When we complained to the manager she said she told the guy not to give them to us because we were going to complain. Her only consolation was a " Sorry!" They could care less about customer satisfaction here. Oh we also had to wait for about 20 to 25 minutes for this so called meal.

Ordered 3 big boxes, one box was chicken tenders with fries and coleslaw. This order was filled correctly.
The other two were supposed to be dark meat. One with sides of coleslaw and red beans and rice. The other macaroni and cheese with coleslaw. What we received was three pieces of chicken (2 white pieces (breast and wing) and 1 leg), mashed potatoes with gravy(not macaroni n cheese). The other sides were correct.
This isn't the first time this location has given white meat when dark was ordered. I am guessing the staff may not be trained appropriately to know the different meats of the chicken.

We occasionally just like to have the spice of home but this location consistently let's us down. You asked for white meat spicy, receipt has it correct but if you wait to check at home, it's wrong. Or they ask you to wait 15 mins for spicy, but they fill requests out of order and tell you there aren't enough breast pieces. Server then has an attitude when told I'm going to check the order. Then to find its still that one breast short.

Love that chicken from Popeyes. Went to Popeyes for lunch. Service was fast, my order was correct, and the chicken and macaroni & cheese were great.

Chicken was dry, cashier was rude. They rushed my order just to screw it up anyway, and didn’t give me a receipt. So going back is useless.

Couldn’t get my food because they were out of everything, on top of that the person on the intercom gave me attitude the entire time. I mean I get it, food service sucks sometimes (probably all the time) but we were being super nice and respectful to them.

Food was missing. I called to let them know, not that I wanted it replaced because I wasn't driving back up there for it, but to be more careful. Was hung up on twice, after being told we're not machines we're human and make mistakes. Food was cold. Ordered regular tenders got spicy, no biscuits or sauce for the 3 tender meals. This is the worst customer service in Pensacola.

We ordered a 16 piece family meal and got home and had only 14 pieces. They shorted us two pieces of spicy. Normally good service here but disappointed this time.
