At Pep Boys getting work done on the car, walked to Popeyes and Google said 10:00 a.m. open .Staff doing windows, two counter employees on their mobile devices and the store was closed. Don't think I will be returning to this establishment.

The quality was horrible I ordered through doordash and they gave me wrong items and didn't give me others and the chicken in my meal looked really small never going here again

The workers were very helpful. When we got to the counter we were not sure what to oder. Ask we were looking over the menu we were not sure what to order. One of the employee came to the counter and offered us coupons. This was very helpful.
The service was great! This is refreshing because the Popeyes in Mobile, AL service the majority of the time is not good.
The main reason for the 4 stars is there was a pan of dirty cleaning water by the drink machine that was not inviting.

Ordered 6 sweet and spicy wings and unsweet tea.Cashier hands me the tea ask me to pull forward it will be a 7 minute wait. No problem. A other nice lady comes out to tell me it will be 7 minutes. I handed her my tea and she nicely replaced it with unsweet. 25 minutes late a nice guy coming out and hands me my order. Off I go home sit down to cold BBQ wings not HOT sweet and spicy wings I waited 25 minutes for 🥴 Popeyes 9th Ave please get your act together 🤦

My husband and I fell in LOVE with Popeyes in Louisiana but will gladly drive across town to order at another restaurant. The staff at 9th have been rude and unwelcoming each time we have ordered at that location. On the last trip, we received the smallest chicken I have ever seen and it was all overcooked to being burnt. Eating out is expensive everywhere now. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where you are treated well.

(As a delivery driver) The manager for today and his employees need a thumbs up... I deliver from here up through DC And over the past year have had consistently bad experiences with Popeyes.. But this location changed that, they are the one location (so far) I'll be happy to come back to... kept everyone informed and ran things smooth even at a very busy time.. Thank you again, 🙏👍🔊

I Love Popeyes. Always had great food and great experience at the one in Gulf Breeze. Today, I went through the drive-through on 9th/Pensacola. The staff was extremely rude, customer service was horrible, so I became upset. They were yelling at me through the speaker and very unprofessional. After pulling up to the window, I was asked if I’d rather wait for the new macaroni and cheese or take the old stale macaroni and cheese. Of course I said I’ll wait for the new. Something was put in my macaroni and cheese that tasted horrible!! I believe this was intentional because I called them out on their rudeness at the window. My whole family had to spit it out after one or two bites. It tasted like dish soap!!! My order was completely wrong, took 20 min waiting…ordered chicken strips, and I got bone in chicken. $28 wasted!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food.
