I come here at least once a week. I always order the popcorn shrimp. This is the best Popeyes in Pensacola! Food is always fresh, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and order delivery is always fast and accurate! It's the only Popeyes in Pensacola that I'll eat at!

I didn't feel pleasant shopping here since on Monday I went shopping and when the manager was assisting me, I don't know much about speaking Spanish but I saw her attitude towards the other employees and she yelled at them, I'm there shopping and not only me, there were many people. The place was full, it is not possible that this type of treatment towards noble workers still exists and it is assumed that this large company trains the managers how to manage and treat a staff without publicly humiliating them in front of the clients, it is something so shameful that it exists and they put up with that poor thing. People may be afraid of losing their jobs but as a client I can't stand seeing the abuse towards workers otherwise their company would fail. If you don't know how to appreciate your employers because no person will tolerate so much abuse, pay attention and look for a person in charge who does their job by starting to treat their staff well and not yelling at them to correct them by publishing so many clients. That is not ethical, someone with ethics and values ​​does not do it.

The hours on Google, Apple, the Popeyes app, and the sign at the store say they open at 10. They insisted they opened at 11 and that everyone else, including their own sign was wrong. If my wife didn’t love coupons so much, I would not have waited for them to open at 11:05. They’re just too lazy to open on time, I guess.

Used to be a massive fan of this particular popeyes location. But unfortunately their speed of service has definitely gone down hill. Ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes in advance at 1:23 on a slow after noon. App said my order would be ready by 1:38 but when i showed up at that time they had not even started on the order and it and it would be an additional 6 minutes for them to have them ready. Eventually i got them at 1:50.

Brand new location and it's clean, bright, inviting. There was only one person working and he was knocking it out of the park. Even though he was cooking and packing food and taking orders solo, he retained a cheerful demeanor and greeted every customer in a timely manner. Keep up the good work, sir!

Waited 30 minutes for my food while staff was on the phone calling people while working. Very frustrating

This is by far the worst experience I have had at Popeyes and for it to be in the mall ? the food was horrible the only sides they had was fries the chicken was old never ever eating here again

Best Popeyes in the city in my opinion they make the food fresh for me with out any problems the manager was very helpful taking my order and the crew was very nice 10/10 if you wanna try Popeyes
