Aloha, Pounders Hawaiian grill is the best place I’ve ever eaten, I’ve never been to Hawaii but when I’m in pounders I feel like I’m on vacation. The food is amazing and the customer service is amazing and the management is so friendly and helpful always. My food is always so fresh and flavorful, these cooks really know what they’re doing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I am always greeted and checked on while I dine. I would definitely recommend this as a great small business to eat at in Pensacola.

OH MY GOODNESS. It was my boyfriend and I's first time at this restaurant because of a friend's recommendation. The whole experience was fantastic and I loved every bite. I believe they have gained a loyal customer.

Everything is a 10/10 even their new sandwich they’re BUSSING!!!

First time ever trying this place. Ordered to go and had a pleasant and warm greeting by Aylana. She was so helpful as I was indecisive of what to order. She made the experience smooth and added to the excitement of trying out new food.

My large order came out quick. The staff who brought it out was sweet too. Got home, ate, and felt satisfied 😌. This was a great choice for dinner. Aylana represented yall well!

First off, the food was amazing! Came out quick and hot and tasted great. The best part was the hospitality person, David. He spoke to everyone there and made sure they had everything they needed. 10/10 would recommend and wish they had more locations (specifically in north Alabama)

Tasty meal at Pounders on October 10th, 2025. It’s a fast casual place, so easy order and pay. Staff very nice, prices good, and food well cooked. Our favorite was the chicken teriyaki. A bit disappointed that the Spam Musubi was out. Hope it’s there next visit.

Get here early to beat the lunch rush! The food is amazing, especially the new Pulled Pork Sandwich. Everyone who works here is always so polite and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I am from crestview which is where this restaurant started. I have been to every location they have and have always been please with the food, service, and atmosphere. Food is some of the best Hawaiian food ever.

Amazing food and excellent service! The mac is absolutely delicious, and the pork and teriyaki chicken are divine. The restaurant is spotless, and the outdoor seating makes for such a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

The Manager (or I think he was) last night 9/25/2025 was working so hard busting tables, wiping things down, and checking on the customers. He grabbed our daughter a high chair before we even sat down at our table. He frequently checked up on us, and even gave us some BBQ sauce for our entrees. At the end of our meal, he even gave my daughter a free cookie and that made my day. Love the food and this experience alone will have us coming back!

We loved it it tasted delicious service was amazing we were out of town guest it was our first and last stop in Pensacola for food and we absolutely loved it would come back again there was a worker called David don’t know his position but gave us excellent service and is part of the reasons we would return
