My son and I have been coming here for years, we always have good service but on Friday, September 27th we had EXCEPTIONAL service. Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and can-do attitude. Our pretzels were fresh, hot, and salty. Our large lemonade was one of the best I’ve ever had, much better than the ones you pay $10 for at the fairgrounds lol. He turned our day around and definitely deserves recognition for his customer service! Bonus points for the awesome earrings and directions to Spirit Halloween, which is way too small this year! 😂👍🏼

I used to LOVE this place in my local mall! It was always WAYYY better than auntie Ann’s and any other pretzel I’ve ever had. Recently as in the past year or so the pretzels I used to love as a soft yummy pretzel has turned into terribly hard pretzel bites. They aren’t fresh anymore. They are terribly hard where I can’t even chew them, they make my jaw hurt so bad after eating them. I don’t know what has changed within the past year or so, but I wish it would go back to how it used to be.

I literally just left and I’m not sure if I’ve ever had service as bad that was today. Not only was the service bad, it’s the middle of the day and they were out of almost everything.

The worst pretzel I have ever tasted. It was closer to a butter roll with cheese in the middle than it ever was to tasting like a pretzel. I will probably not return to this establishment, that's how disappointed I was in the taste. Auntie Annes has nothing to worry about....yet
