We're going on week three with Primal Nosh. We recently moved here from CA and we're thrilled to find this place. 3/4 people in our household can't tolerate gluten, and it can be tough to find access to prepared food options. As we settle into our new home, while working and caring for our toddler, these meals have truly upheld the quality of meals we're able to provide for our family. So good that we have no desire to stop after we finish settling in!

I love Primal Nosh! The food is delicious and there is a wide variety of menu options. Unlike many meal kit plans, Primal Nosh meals are oven/microwave ready, making it super convenient. The owner provides excellent customer service. I am so glad I discovered Primal Nosh—they have another loyal customer!

Meals are good and can get double protein if desired. Bit on the high priced side but the meals are good and clean. What I mean by clean is no MSG or other additives. Meals are packed to last the week. Sure you can get a Marie's Calander meal for a third of the price at the grocery store but they are frozen for a reason.
