Very unprofessional, and unwelcoming. 2 burgers 1 fry. Took over 20 minutes. We were the only ones on the patio. Paid nearly $35 with tip. Would definitely stay away. Better burgers @ Five guys, Culver’s, Whataburger.
Edited: went back up to the counter to ask for an extra cup of sauce he said they’re $.50 each??

Food is 6.5/10. When we went there they only have 2 options of burgers, one w/ bbq sauce and 1 without but there are few options for add ons, then regular fries or the mound (nothing special abt the regular fries). Also, we were standing there for a while and weren’t acknowledged til I asked if we can place our orders and was told “cant u see we’re finishing something”, which I can understand that you’re busy but the least u could do is say hi when we got there and tell us”I’ll be right with u in a moment.” The bar is nice and it’s in a cute spot. I’ll come back for drinks but not for food.

Not my kind of burger. They are smashed and cooked well to the point they are burnt and crispy. The waffle fries are locally sourced from Sam’s Club. The proper sauce was good.

This by far is the best burger on the planet! I love the bread and the meat is so fresh like it comes from a butcher shop. There was a girl Caro who waited on us she was very nice and polite. We will definitely be bringing our family back here! Even our kids had fun playing while we sat and listened to good music! The bartenders are mixologists!!! Great place to go! Thank you for the experience!!

They have single burgers for $9 or double burgers for $12 (already outrageous prices in the first place), but she proceeds to tell me “we’re not selling doubles right” I ask why, “we’re running low on meat” she says. But she’ll sell me 2 singles ……. Like you ain’t slick, it’s not my fault yall are hurting on money so bad you have to pull some **** like this to get some extra money. 1 star.

We have had nothing but delicious food and good vibes here! Best burger in Pensacola. The fries are also really good. I think they’re very reasonably priced and you get a ton of food for your money. Service is always friendly and fast too.

We ordered online. When we arrived, the guy was sitting outside on his tablet by the fan. Told him we were picking up an online order and he said it would be a few minutes. We got our order about 10 minutes later and headed home. This was a WASTE of $35! The burgers aren’t even edible, they are burnt, dried out and just a big disappointment. I unfortunately don’t live close enough to go back and ask for him to attempt to make them again or give me a refund. Sadly you’ve lost a customer. I attempted to post photos, hopefully they show up

Do yourself a favor and just go eat here. We wanted to try something different than the usual downtown spots. Proper burger 100 percent best burger we’ve ever had! Fresh veg and the meat just melts in your mouth. I hope these guys are gonna open up an indoor restaurant soon, as it’s so hot but even if they don’t.. it’s still worth it. So good
