More of a place if you have a lot of cycling class experience. The speakers aren’t super clear so if you don’t know what you’re listening for, it’s hard to understand. Also 30 bikes packed in a tiny room. Not my favorite place

This was my first time ever on a cycling bike. The staff was very helpful in showing how to get set up and ready to ride. The class was exciting and interject. The staff and instructor were supportive and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and I am excited to add this as part of my workout routine.
