Today, September 11th, I received the Sunday email from Ruby Tuesdays today advertising sirloin steak with baked potato for $10.99. Upgrade for $1 and add salad bar for additional $3.99. I went to RTs with my email (about 2PM), only to be told twice the special doesn’t begin until after 4PM. Nowhere on this email does it say after 4PM and I showed my emIl to cashier and asked her to show it to me about after 4.
