Today was a family day of the ladies. My mother and I with my girls was a great vibe. We ordered the New Orleans Seafood and the cheeseburger sliders. The slider meat was mashed thin so all the flavors are gone and the fish from the New Orleans Seafood was not cooked enough. But our server Josh was the best. So we ordered some ribs because we were not satisfied with the main meal, on top of that we could not eat comfortably. The flies were so aggravating. It's like we were outside eating. I hope they call Pest control in a hurry. Thanks Josh for being great. Food needs work

I feel like Ruby Tuesdays gets a bad rep from people just because of the name. I sat down today at the bar with Joshua as the tender. He was professional and a great people person at the same time. I ordered the burger via his recommendation and it didn’t miss. I also got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and it was spot on. The pricing is a little heavy but the quality was near matched which isn’t the staffs fault being a chain restaurant. Give them a honest try with an open mind and you might be pleased with what you receive with it.

Whatever deficiencies you might find are made up by an exceptional wait staff. They are attentive and friendly. RT needs to update a little but it's a good place for lunch. Get the iceberg lettuce off the salad bar and bring back a better selection like you once had.

Ordered a meal online and after 40 minutes they finally came up and said that my order was given to someone else (I did a curbside order). While waiting an additional 40 minutes for the food to be remade, I was never once offered a drink or partial reimbursement for the food or time.
